Judge Maryellen Noreika is not messing around as she is now threatening to have Hunter Biden arrested if he fails to comply with new conditions.
If Hunter consumes alcohol or drugs including marijuana, he will be arrested & be prosecuted for contempt of court.
This will almost be impossible for Hunter to avoid considering he is a career addict.

Seems farfetched they’d be sensitive public opinion on it given they’ve been impervious to all other forms of criticism or reason.
Or is this how Joe survives, by throwing his degenerate son under the bus? It wouldn’t be beneath an amoral scumbag father like Joe to do so. He can always play the presidential pardon card and the administration can point to how, despite appearances, the DoJ is unbiased and “justice” was served. You shouldn’t be surprised that there was no agreement on the “no further prosecution on anything whatsoever” deal, that was a secret nod-and-a-wink agreement. The DoJ couldn’t possibly agree to that because it would close off the “ongoing investigation” dodge to keep Congress from getting its grubby little paws on tons of evidence. As long as the DoJ keeps up the “ongoing investigation” ruse they can continue stonewalling Congress on turning over documents.
…Or things are just turning to shit for the Bidens. It happens sooner or later to most frauds.

It wasn’t just Hunter’s attorneys. It seems more like a conspiracy between them and the DOJ prosecutors to convoluted the plea agreement to hide what it really represented. When the judge confronted them, the DOJ prosecutors reversed so fast they left skid marks on Hunter’s defense team.
Both legal teams deserve to be sanctioned and have ethics complaints filed. Maybe disbarred.
