  1. “This animation was created using data from the Copernicus Sentinel-3 mission’s radiometer instrument and shows the land-surface temperature across Italy on 9-10 July 2023. On the slopes of Mount Etna, in Sicily, as well as in the region of Puglia, surface temperatures surpassed 47°C.
It is worth noting the difference between air temperature and land-surface temperature. Air temperature, given in our daily weather forecasts, is a measure of how hot the air is above the ground. Land-surface temperature instead is a measure of how hot the actual surface would feel to the touch.

Following up on the post of yesterday..
As I knew not who the ESA(European Space Agency) was,
nor could I get the link to work.

I googled this,” ESA ground surface temperatures July 11 2023″ ,as a commenter stated that the ESA was using surface temperatures of materials on the ground rather than Stevenson Screens or their modern equivalent..
    I thought.this could not be..They cannot be this deceitful…
    Well there you have it.
    Yes they are.
They even post the above on their own website.
I guess they know no Government “Journalist” will ever read such small print.
This kind of propaganda was once beneath contempt..

Except when asked “How low is too low?”..Our Progressive Comrades shriek “Just watch me”.

    1. Bravo, Belleville! Let’s chase him out of more communities across the nation! Ditto for the NDP hangers-on. More truckers, strategically parked in small numbers to keep the “no real job” activists in line.

Oh, and tell PP that he gets no donations until we have a very serious conservative platform that includes reducing refugees, sponsorship programs and most immigrants from weird countries. No housing here, and you can’t afford the food. As well, cut useless govt departments, regulations and staff.

High time to reveal names of staff who sign off his receipts for travel for no reason. Actually, Trudeau now has such a bad reputation worldwide that nothing will follow his “walk in the snow”.

    2. Sean and D.L., I agree that the anti-Trudeau was great. It’s healthy for small-c conservatives to realize it is they who should be out in the streets demonstrating against the establishment’s dominance. The left-establishment runs everything.

  2. The establishment media has coined a new word: “Barbaheimer”. This word, copied across the majority corporate press, is announcing the simultanious debut of two left-leaning movies: Barbie and Oppenheimer. Barbie is a feminist, satiric comedy. Oppenheimer is a historical bio-pic. Satire is rarely used in film, since movies are made by the left-establishment to make the left-establishment look hood. Statistics have shown that historical films out-do other movies in ticket sales. The problem is that movie showrunners and executive producers do not read books and have little knowledge of history. So only a few historical movies get made. Oppenhrimer’s life is well known to anyone who cared to have read up on him.

So the establishment left needs Barbaheimer, since it has not done well with movies of late. The failures of woke superhero films and the successes of Mission Impossible 7 and Sound of Freedom have hurt the media cartel’s psyche. What the dissident right did not realize is that the failures of recent woke films stem partly from bad movie making. At least with Barbie and Oppenheimer the movies have originality.

    1. My sister and I saw “Sound of Freedom” yesterday – it is Excellent! Well told story which is true, well directed/acted, good music, well worth the $10 plus I paid as a senior. So pleased that it has now surpassed $ 100 million in sales since it opened only 2 weeks ago ( or perhaps 3 weeks ago, I forget). It cost $ 14.8 million to make, so is doing very well. One take-away point is that there are now more people who are enslaved ( with a large number being children) than in all of history. Many are poor Asians, Central Americans or South Americans with some being in North Africa.
I will be revising where my charity dollars go now.

  3. SDAers know that C&W singer Jason Aldean has been severely criticized for his hit song Try That in My Small Town. He’s being slammed for saying peaceful small towns are better than crime-ridden cities.

But why is the CMT TV channel cancelling this right-wing song? Turns out CMT is owned by Paramount Movie Networks:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paramount_Media_Networks

This multi-billion dollar conglomerate is fusion of Paramount Pictures, the CBS media group, plus a few other media companies bought up along the way. So a company who gave us Dan Rather and CBS News would hate small town values and would love bug city crime.

    1. “Keep reading to the end!”

I did. That was great…we just need more of it.

  4. Meanwhile, Twitter is still garbage. I won’t touch it for a couple of days, look at 10 posts – bam rate limit. This was supposed to be temporary. I’m a new, unverified account. I’m supposed to have 300 or 500 hits per diem. This has got to be hurting the folks who partially make a living on this and I don’t hear anything. Also, Twitter is the only place where you can get real C19 information, it’s a problem for truth seekers.

… Muorater Mashar, 33, had been racking up a record of repeat violent crimes for at least the last 14 years. He also had a troubled record as a teenager; court documents show he was suspended at least twice from high school for violence – although any crimes committed during that time would not be public record under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

At the time of the May 5 attack on Miller and Robillard, Mashar conceivably still could have been in jail on one of several earlier convictions. As per the Criminal Code, it takes just one conviction of aggravated assault to be imprisoned for up to 14 years – but despite Mashar getting a litany of such convictions, he often escaped with sentences of only a few months.

Global News’ Edmonton bureau performed one of the most thorough checks of Mashar’s criminal history, and even managed to interview some of his victims.

They found that his longest prison sentence was for just four years, which he got for almost killing someone at a Winnipeg bus stop in 2014. Reportedly, Mashar had gotten into an argument with a fellow bus rider and responded by puncturing the man’s aorta and spinal cord with a series of stab wounds.

But Mashar got parole despite multiple violent incidents in prison and violations of his release conditions. “You are noted to be unpredictable and are somewhat paranoid and are manipulative with staff,” reads a Parole Board of Canada decision from 2018 authorizing his release, and obtained by CBC Edmonton.

And yet, just two years later when Mashar attacked an Edmonton transit bus with a can of bear spray, he only got 80 days in jail.

In the months before allegedly attacking Miller and Robillard, Mashar had even begun demonstrating a penchant to assault children for no reason. In April, 2022 he tackled a random 12-year-old boy on the Edmonton LRT, repeatedly punching the child in the back until he was restrained by bystanders.
