  1. Further advancements in the field of justice and defeating discrimination. Interesting story from Quebec. Married man gets compensation from a victim fund for being ra*ed by his wife.

    1. UnMe, where are you?
Remember how you have claimed there was no creeping sharia in Hamtramck?

  2. PBO has determined that the Volkswagon giveaway will actually cost 16 billion. In the mean time promised jobs have shrunk to 1400. That works out to 11 million for each job. No one in their right mind would go for such a deal. This is a complete screw up and seriously damaging to the economy. ” Let’s destroy a thriving oil and gas industry while we bribe a foreign company to set up a facility to produce an immature technology.” Is VW actually investing anything in this? Freeland and Trudeau are idiots. I am really hopping mad and everyone else should be too,

    1. I’m just tired of being angry all of the time. This government is only interested in one thing, and that ain’t the interest of average Canadians.

No, their agenda is sinister, rife with self-interest. Everything you see them doing has to be looked at through that lens. They KNOW what they’re doing, and they know that WE KNOW what they’re doing. They just don’t care about us, or what we think of them.

It’s as if they are holding some kind of immunity card, that allows them to believe that there’s nothing we can do to stop them.

      1. fc, you are a wise man (?).

At the risk of seeming to compliment myself, at 74 I don’t get hopping man anymore. When I was much younger I used to be puzzled by the failure of my exquisite rants to rile older folks. Not now. They’d seen it all and over and over again. Your view of government is exactly the same as mine.

  3. Holy crap the movies. Jaws, Cuckoo, Death Race, Holy Grail, Rocky Horror, French Connection II, Shampoo, Rollerball, Tommy etc.
I was only old enough to watch The Adventures of the Wilderness Family.
I’ll watch any movie from 1975 before anything produced in the last 30 years.
In fact if it’s got Jackie Earl Haley, Michael J. Pollard or Charles Martin Smith in it, I’m watching it before anything with Ryan Gosling or Seth Rogan in it.

  4. I am sharing this story again as I believe in the context of recently passed legislation I have difficulty believing you can attribute this to happenstance. The justice from Alberta has been one of the few dissenters on the court who appears to me to have followed the law and what I consider common sense. Trudeau now will be able to appoint a judge with the proper Liberal connections. Don’t attribute what is happening to incompetence, the Liberals are implementing control and they know exactly what the are doing. Quite successfully I might add.

Sorry for the CTV link, but you get the idea.

    1. Stupid, stupid, stupid. What a stupid government. What a stupid country. There is a reason this is the first of its kind. Likely it is also the last of its kind as it is a very dumb idea.

  5. Has anyone seen the TV Ad for Purex and Kroger that shows an older man, grandfather perhaps, in a bath with a young girl. Boycott Purex !
