And ladies who’d rather not get undressed near some random male interloper – whether that man is mentally ill or an opportunist pervert – are expected to shut up and comply. Because his identity, or feigned identity, trumps theirs.

If Canadians are concerned about this issue, they need to support the one political party taking an unambiguous stand, namely the PPC. Max Bernier is running in a Manitoba by-election. Urge those voters to send Max to the house of communists to give them a piece of our minds, for the first time on some issues where the in-name-only Conservatives pick and choose when they will speak for you, and when they will speak for Davos. It’s a guessing game with them. With Max, what you see is what you get.
And that’s the problem with this trans-gender issue, what you see is not what you get, and anyone with a lick of common sense knows that and knows what problems are being created. I don’t think Poilievre is a bad guy, but if he really wants to do what he says on some occasions, he should join Max, who has been consistent about his views from day one of the PPC. It’s time Canadians had that voice in parliament, one voice out of 338 is not going to upset the apple cart but it’s a start.
