  1. From the linked article:

“The camp holds of bi-monthly gatherings for “queer youth” that feature makeup classes, tie-dye shirts and arts endeavours.”

Good grief! Talk about perpetuating stereotypes. Sheesh…

Why can’t they learn to build fires, cross rope bridges, go canoeing, play volleyball, sing goofy camp songs, and other stuff and oh… happen to be gay?

Who passed the law requiring you to be a flamer in order to be gay? And if you’re gay, why do you have to go to camp to learn how to be gay? I thought gays were born that way. Maybe they’re not?

    1. Because being a flaming Queer is an act. They’re all going to acting camp. Learning how to act queer.

Oh wait. They were “born that way” … well .. except those who are “changing their sex” … because they were “wrongly” born that way.

      It’s all an act.

  2. In addition to endorsing gender ideology, The United Church of Canada supports abortion, has also allowed atheists to serve as ministers and has been critical of Israel. During the pandemic, several of its congregations also voluntarily imposed vaccine passports – and kept them in place after governments lifted mandates.

Whatever religion they’re following, it ain’t Christianity. Doesn’t surprise me that they have an open call for pedophiles.

  3. I am guessing Jesus is no longer part of the teaching of the particular organization.

    1. No, they’ll just have a revelation that Jesus was a closeted homo … someone will even write a book about it … named Brown … and Americas “top actor” will portray a really smart … sciency kinda guy … who figures it all out … speaking of mythologies.

    2. VOWG, I think you are correct. My late father-in-law’s memorial service was officiated by a tattooed, lesbian United Church minister. Not once did she mention God or Jesus during the service.

      1. I knew a lesbian United Church minister back in the 1970s. She looked like a dude and dressed like a lumberjack. Are there any United Church ministers who aren’t queer?

      2. I wonder why they call themselves Christian when Christ is not part of their “church”?

  4. I know a young guy who thought he was gay. Turns out he is just fat and stupid and repels women. Why don’t the fat stupid lesbians and the fat stupid fags just find each other? I think that would get rid of a lot of queers.

  5. In my youth I was a member of a Christian, a real one, youth group and we had starve athons, rockathons, etc. to raise money for the poor and homeless. Notice the resounding theme from the church of Gaystopo, me me, me, me, look at me. Frankly they creep me out.

  6. Hardly surprising this was the United Church. They have been at the forefront of all things anti-church or Christian since as far back as I can remember. I only wonder who attends this organization or why they do.

    1. Because it’s easy. As Chesterton wrote, “The Christian ideal has not been tried and found wanting. It has been found difficult and left untried.”

  7. The UCC. More and more, just a pit stop for those who lack the courage to come out of their Athiest closet.

  8. The United Church is a prime example of the need to be able to define “church”. And “Christian”.

The United Church does virtually the opposite of everything the Bible teaches. I’d put them in the same box as the Church of Satan.

    Literally.

Or the Church of Liberalism. Which is essentially the same thing.
