Well, let’s call a spade a spade here, boys. That power-generating infrastructure is probably closing in on 40+ years without any significant upgrades or replacements. Those “evil” Boer S. Africans built well but that meant regularly scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades and/or replacement. Unfortunately, “those who took over” don’t have the same “eye on quality” as the Boers did. Further, the majority population doesn’t have the “native” intelligence to produce a population with the intellectual capacity and ability to run nuclear power stations, electricity generation plants, water purification plants, etc. And if you mention the large number of East Indians within the current S. African society one only has to point to India and realize despite the high intelligence of that particular population, while they can write apps for your smartphone and thousands of lines of code for your Nintendo games, they haven’t figured out how to get people from crapping in the streets, bathing regularly with soap, and corralling their bovines. But hey, let’s say they’re doing it on purpose to “meet their climate change targets” so all the SJWs feel better.
