Hey, not so fast: Canada unveils new Heraldic Crown Emblem stripped of religious symbols
Canada’s new royal crown emblem unveiled by the Canadian Heraldic Authority (CHA) during King Charles III’s coronation over the weekend has been stripped of all previous religious symbols such as crosses and the fleur-de-lis.
They did employ a crescent, with a 5 pointed star in the leaves. 
But to be fair, I’m likely reading too much into this. It might just be a sickle.

Can’t understand why they didn’t replace the lion and the unicorn at the same time with a sheep and a jellyfish.

They did change the direction, it was forward/to the Right. Now it’s backwards, to the Left which is correct + Comrades Jagmeet & Notley must be happy.
Cartoonish yellow ducklings instead of those maple leafs would have been also a good choice.

If Canada actually needs a heraldic crown emblem, they should have added more diversity as in the Habs, Oilers, Jets, Flames, Senators and Canucks because as we see again. Maple Leafs suck. LOL

This symbol doesn’t belong to Canada to mess with. It is the crown of the British Commonwealth. If the current government wishes to bring us out of the commonwealth, so be it – but they aren’t free to simply co-opt and adapt the symbology. (I’ll say nothing about the obvious contempt for history that is shown here). The folks in the United Kingdom and other commonwealth nations should find this offensive.

Snowflake – appropos depiction of far too many Canadians.

And, of course, the “national tree” of Canada is the sugar maple….which only grows east of the Manitoba/Ontario border. How fitting.

At first glance, I sure thought that was the CSIS logo at the top of the crown.
Snow flake on the top is just so fitting for what this country has become under the Turd.
Its the order of Canada. Another Liberal invention to replace the order of Bath. Oddly the Canadian Army wears the pip in the style of the order of bath and not in the shape of the order of Canada thus proving that hereldic services Canada is not very good or consistent. And really shouldnt the Queen of Canada have a Canadian crown? Maybe not this thing.
Instead of the LPC flag emblem (maple leaves), they should have had castings of P.E.T., Canada’s most emblematic Queen. If your going to employ LPC symbolism in everything Canadian why be subtle about it.

I see neither a crescent, nor a sickle, or anything even remotely like either. Maybe that is an attempt at humor, but the “leaves” are so not like either that it falls flat.
You want to say the absolute truth, so that people trust your word. Otherwise, if you criticize something falsely, that will be an excuse for people to claim all you said was false. Remember, these people have no sense of humor, and also will take any excuse, however thin.
