  1. Yeah, but all the normal people in San Fran have to suffer what the loonies wrought. Oh, wait. There are no normal people left in San Francisco, are there? Never mind.

    1. That’s who’s leaving. Now that only the (voting) people who sublime smug are left, it will return to the paradise that it should be. Because they’re better than you, and it’s people like you leaving.

  2. Here’s the thing though. Residents who flee SF for freer states like Texas and Florida vote for the same shitty Liberal policies that made them pack up and leave in the first place. Case in point – SF murder victim and Cash app founder Bob Lee who had the juice to leave SF for Florida some years ago and was in SanFrancisco on business, although what kind of business one does in SanFrancisco at 2:30 in the morning is anyone’s guess.
My point – I doubt Mr.Lee and other silicon valley denizens became rock ribbed, gun totin’ conservatives when they arrive in Florida and Texas.
    Rinse…repeat.

    1. Not necessarily. Check out this article: “Calculating the Californication”

“Only 38 percent of Democrats said that they were considering leaving, compared with 55 percent of independents and 71 percent of Republicans.”

      1. True, but I’d be interested in seeing a voter policy comparison between ex-California conservatives and 4th generation Texas conservatives. From farming country they’d be close, but from LA or San Fran?

        1. We may learn something from Florida. People from leftist states are streaming in.

Will they vote for De Santis’ policies?
