When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal

@JulieKelly;

Just when you think DOJ can’t get any dirtier– New motion just filed by defense in Proud Boys trial accusing DOJ of using an FBI informant to spy on and infiltrate the defense team […]

DC US Attorney Matthew Graves’ office notified defense team TODAY that a defense witnesses has been an FBI informant since the BEGINNING of the case thru start of trial.

“The CHS participated in prayer meetings with…the defendants’ families.”

    1. Bucky,

The people that are not indicted are likely the CHS. Ever hear of Ray Epps?
Notice how they never found the DNC / RNC Bomber yet either?

  1. Why should this surprise anyone? The FBI instigated J6th with the help of the Capital Police and House Democrats, and has been fabricating evidence and suppressing non-supportive evidence from the beginning.

  2. There is more to it than the cursory revelation. The prosecutors made the announcement just prior to the defense putting this guy on the stand as a witness for the defense. Chances are, the prosecution deduced that the defense somehow knew about the informant’s status and tried to get out in front of it. My best guess is that the defense had no idea.

It will be interesting to see where the chips land on this one. Although, I suspect nothing much will become of it. I’m convinced that most of the defense teams on this J6 cases are in the bag for the prosecution to protect their own personal status.

    1. Don’t ask me how I know, but it’s a lot more common than you think for defense attorneys to prioritize continuing to be able to work over properly defending a client when the defense hinges on police or prosecutorial misconduct. They know all they have to do is provide an “adequate” defense. Bringing down a corrupt cop is one thing. A corrupt department, a corrupt prosecuting attorney, or god forbid a judge? They’ll never work in that jurisdiction again and they know it.

      1. Public defenders have been known to sell one of their clients down the river to get a deal for another client, but not in a way that’s provable… |

and in a cesspit like DC, it probably happens a lot

        /no offence to cesspits

  3. The CHS was on the defense witness list for months. The day before they were testify, the DOJ finally said, “Oh! By the Way, X has been snitching for us for years and years.”

The CHS met with the families AND the Defense Attorneys to discuss defense strategies. Separately, the FBI Spied on the J6 Prisoners Phone Calls with their defense lawyers too. Attorney Client Privilege from the feds is dead.

    1. I’m willing to bet good money that the FBI was just as corrupt back then as it is now.
Al Capone tried to bring a loved product to market, nothing more, nothing less.

  4. It is CRUCIAL for the anti-American Deep State to foster the “domestic terrorist” myth. They’ve been doing it since Janet Reno. You know … another one of those fine people surrounding the “highly respected” Bill Clinton

    1. Al Capone was designated “an enemy of the people”, when in reality, he was a creation of the deep state.
The USA was sadly comprised from the word go.
The Pennsylvania Whiskey Rebellion happened before the ink on the Bill of Rights was even dry.

  5. So if I have it right,
-the FBI didn’t charge Hillary because in their view there was no intent and no reasonable prosecutor would make the case,
-the FBI sent in interogators for Flynn because Comey said we thought we could get away with it – the FBI tampered with the evidence in the Flynn case (the lawyer responsible got a slap on the wrist),
-the FBI orchestrated the Michigan governor kidnap plot,
-the FBI said they didn’t investigate the Seth Rich murder but later claimed it would take years to release their report on the murder,
-the FBI didn’t investigate the hack at DNC computers but let a private security company do the work
-the FBI had the Hunter Biden laptop for a year before the election and did not investigate or if they did decided not to bring charges (it was in the same filing cabinet as the Rich, Weiner, and Epstein computers)
-the FBI knew from the outset that the Russia collusion claim was a hoax but spent $40 million on it anyway,
-when asked if the FBI had agents in the J6 protest the hearing was told to pound sand

So if I’ve got all that right can somebody please explain why Americans still trust the FBI seems to me that the FBI have degenerated into something along the lines of the Gestapo and KGB.

    1. “… degenerated into something along the lines of the Gestapo and KGB.”

      But less competent than those.

  6. Odd they didn’t spot him from the get go – Just look for someone who dresses like he shops at “Dorks ‘R’ Us”.

  7. Defund the police?
Would be much harder to bust folk with e-bike batteries, or, God help us, a bit of hemp or a few poppies.
    Come on man!

  8. If only the cops would adhere to a code that I keep secret in my deepest heart, everything would be OK…said every totalitarian freak, ever.
    Screw you, Kate.

      1. Yep.
Once the verification is done, you are left with trust no-one, that’s why crypto=banks. Same level of trust.
One is unstable, the other corrupt.
Or do you trust the people who have brought is here?

  9. The Proud Boys must be jailed. Their leader Enrique Tarrio is a white supremacist!

  10. We will not go far under the mantra of “Trust no one!” A better mantra is “Everyone is an a**hole until they prove otherwise!” That helped me in a fifty year career in construction.
