The City of Calgary is conducting an on-line survey as part of its Anti-Racism program, to gather “recommendations that address and remove systemic racism for indigenous, black and diverse racialized communities in Calgary,” says the city on its website.
“The focus of this work is on people-based public safety; making sure that all who live, work, and visit Calgary can access and enjoy public spaces free of harassment and discrimination.”
But, if you’re white, you are not allowed to participate in the survey.

Who voted her in?
She was the heir apparent for the purple dinosaur socialist Nenshi. I’ve had some good discussions on the bus. It’s incredible to me how clueless many voters are, how they can’t connect “all politicians are the same so I’m going to vote for the one who doesn’t look mean” with “why did my taxes go up again, why do my power bills keep going up when solar and wind are free, and why are services decreasing?”
This Mayor is another FILTHY LIBERAL. Auditioning for Big Chief Spendy McBlackface Hairdo. Liberals seem to have an Asshole Complex. And an Asshole Contest. Their Marxist Party is FULL of them.

I had a lot of “prefer not to answer”. I have experienced a fair amount of racism on the trains and some busses. Obnoxiously drunk people who are held to a lower standard because of their race and who are allowed to swear at and threaten any other races present. (The soft bigotry of lowered expectations.) I do live in Calgary and listed 2 communities over from where I live.
It’s too bad there weren’t more entry fields. I took them to task for being so blatent in their separating all of us by race just like all of the big time racists do. 🙂

This word “racialized” is a recent invention and tells a big lie. What it is supposed to mean, I think, is “people whose race creates for them problems of discrimination” but what it really means is “we couldn’t cut it in a race-blind equal society so we’re playing the race card.” It’s a lying leftist word, like most of the cumbersome vocabulary of the shriekies.

Incidents being reported on social media of mishaps, mal-adventure, random threats, people sitting close to you and smoking meth, smoking anything, loud and rude, threatening, violent behavior is THOUGH THE ROOF on the C-trains here in Calgary.
I haven’t been on one in a few years now, while I was a daily rider for a decade … but I doubt the recent daily photos on social media of these adventures are faked. They’re too random, too much of “all over the place” all at once. Everyday a new surprise.
There’s my safety concern. I’ve thought for a long time that concealed carry is the way to go. I’m expecting someone to stand up some day and start shooting. People are fed up.
The Mayor and Calgary’s city council, are insane if they think people are going to stop hating (fearing?) certain groups of people while those same groups are in your face everyday with a fistful of anger like I owe them something.
