Wednesday On Turtle Island

Trudeau’s Canada:  Indians suing taxpayers again (Warning: CBC propaganda link).  Justin’s foreign affairs minister wants Putin gone.  Education in Doug Ford’s Ontario.  China supports Trudeau on Twitter.  Today Climate Justin burns jet fuel to Newfoundland. Trudeau will be throwing money around and avoiding any talk about China.  A typical Liberal MP.  What is Peking Justin hiding??

Biden’s America:  The teens are getting dumber.  More on the Silicon Valley Bank collapse.  The lying liars.  Communist activists at Stanford Law School.  Quite the board of directors at SVBS.  Leadership from Joe Biden.  A look at J.D. Vance.  The algae apocalypse.  Your morning meme.

Today In Jihad:  Islamophobia running rampant at the CRA (Warning: CBC propaganda link).  And diversity in Austria.

  1. SHOVEL…turn over…
    Repeat…
    Another Day in Joe’s World.
    (and unfortunately…your in it.)

  2. The Minister to Make Climate Barbie look reasonable, Melanie Joly, hasn’t considered what replaces Putin if Putin falls…

  3. Re, the item, teens are getting dumber. Hell, everybody is getting dumber. That has been proven factual during the last three years.

    1. Phew … thankfully my youngest graduated HS in 2007 … just after the beginning of the IQ decline. And ironically, he’s the brightest of all my kids with an IQ several points above my middling 135 IQ. It’s quite shocking to look at what’s being pumped out of my local HS’s now … nothing but LGBTQqueer “pride” and SJW nonsense.

And contrary to “The Dreamer” myth … our nation has been flooded with ESL illiterates from the jungles of Central America who don’t tend to actually graduate from HS. The invasion of our nation by these illiterates has driven down test scores … and don’t get me started on the gangstah-rap “culture” and what that’s done to our youth.

    1. She asserted that it was obvious. There is only 1 set of donors on her riding association that aren’t from her riding, but for a token amount.

Of course, Justin Trudeau isn’t Chinese either, but he’s accepted large donations from CCP connected persons and attended events were there are people who advocate for the CCP present (let alone the donations to the Trudeau Foundation, which needs to be shut down)

  4. “When Martinez’s class adjourned on Monday, the protesters, dressed in black and wearing face masks that read “counter-speech is free speech,” stared silently at Martinez as she exited her first-year constitutional law class at 11:00 a.m., according to five students who witnessed the episode. The student protesters, who formed a human corridor from Martinez’s classroom to the building’s exit, comprised nearly a third of the law school“
    Terrifying on so many levels.

    1. Recall Mao’s Red Army Guards.
When shouting shame , shame don’t work , out come the canes and anything else at hand.

      1. This is exactly what I was thinking. Remember that this law school class is replicated all over and will be adjudicating and making laws at a country near you soon.

    2. “Terrifying on so many levels.”

Sounds like something straight out of the Handmaid’s Tale or 1984 or some other story about dystopian futures…

      Thanks, “progressives”.

  5. Suing for loss of language and culture? If that’s a thing I’ve got a good case. My father’s first language was German and the school system beat it out of him (figuratively.)

    1. My wife is a lefty (handed that is) and the school system did the same back then. I wonder if she has a case.

  6. How many Phoenix Sinclairs do these guys have to kill?

Tubsy, I’m sure that Justin isn’t of Chinese extraction but we all know damn well who he really works for.

It’s time to put Katie Telford under oath. Under penalty of catapult, if one must.

    1. Justin isn’t of Chinese extraction

If the stories of a Sinclair ancestor hooking up with an Indonesian princess are true, (this ancestor had a flamboyant nickname like “Diamond Jim” or “Blackjack Sinclair” or some such), then 23andMe would indicate Junior’s part Asian.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

And it is certainly true that Junior is part princess, so it seems breeding will out eventually.

  7. JD Vance is one of the great victories of the 2022 elections. Tragically, the Washington DC establishment cares far more about Ukraine than they do the people from Ohio who elected him.

  8. I like to read Small Dead Animals on my coffee break, but please put an asterisk next to links to Jihadwatch.org. My employer’s firewall service has flagged it as a “hate site” and I get a warning and reported to my employers every time I click on one of those links. I have to read them on my personal PC, and I prefer to avoid the grief of being labelled an “extremist”. These links are important, but they’re literally “not safe for work”.

    1. I have to read them on my personal PC

Well look at you! Solving your own problems and all…

      1. I have no problem using personal equipment to visit Smalldeadanimals, if that is what’s required but I’d love to be able to check in from time to time on my workstation as well.

I’m working in a home office and for an extra-national employer because of my refusal to get vaccinated. Most of my equipment I provide at my own expense, but I use an employer-provided PC at their wish, not mine. I know that I am surveilled to a certain extent, and I’m prepared to be careful about which computer and which network I use when doing my own reading. This means maintaining a lot of duplicate equipment in my house.

I’d appreciate some understanding and courtesy in helping with that if it’s an easy fix. I’d hate for Smalldeadanimals to be one of the websites that I simply can not visit even when in my own home. It would be great if I could easily see which links go to Jihadwatch.org.

        1. Nice to have such a first world problem.
I get it but maybe this can be a teaching lesson on how to avoid censorship when it truly takes hold by .gov in the near future.
A little hardship helps harden the soul.
Samizdat may be your only link to the outside world and then the truth .

          https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samizdat

          1. I forget how irritatingly smug some of Kate’s readers can be.

This is a problem right now. A real problem for site visitors, not a “first world problem” for snowflakes – even if it doesn’t affect you personally.

This website IS being actively censored. I have to maintain a separate network in my own home or leave my house just to see it, you twit. I’ve had to explain to my employers that I’m not an extremist for simply visiting this website. I’m suggesting ways to address that.

          2. God your so f’in dumb.
I did give YOU a suggestion.
If you can’t figure this out for yourself why should the owners of this site do it for you.
Just to ” avoid the grief of being labeled an extremist ” ,welcome to the club.

        2. Someone has to explain to you what the term FREEDOM means, eh!
For example, explain to me why I must sacrifice my freedom to accommodate yours! One of the reasons I visit SDA as often as I do is to access information that is not readily available elsewhere. I’m sure there are many like me.
Don’t change anything Kate, and Chrissy, take your asterisk and F’off.
          Okay?
          Okay!

    2. you can hover over the link, and in the bottom left of your browser screen it will show where it goes

      1. Yes. I just forgot to do that a couple of times. That’s why I asked for a visible reminder. I’m not used to having to maintain this level of self-censorship.

        1. If you’re on a “break” surfing the net, then leave your desk and use your own equipment. If you’re in front of your work computer at your assigned desk, then you should be working.

Unless you’re a government employee, which you might well be.

If I was your private sector employer, and I read your comments here, I’d fire your whiney snivelling gold-bricking ass.

        2. Funny that keeping track of those who want to kill you is considered ‘hate’ whereas wanting to kill you isn’t.

  9. I appreciate the candour of your comments. However, if you see this, Kate, please consider marking links to Jihadwatch.org.

  10. The new ESG regulations for EU employers are quite chilling. In addition to the implementation of guidelines for “equitable” speech, employers are urged to install endpoint software that restricts access to and flags all attempts to view a blacklist of content that is deemed “hateful”. I don’t think most employers understand the implications yet. They believe that environmental governance means organizing volunteers to pick up litter in the parking lot. It will take a while for the full reality of these new guidelines to become apparent.
