The “tree planting plan” was stupid to begin with, given that they wanted to plant 1 billion trees over 10 years, but BC planted 304 million in 2020 and 301 million in 2021
I assume that Climate Barbie didn’t understand that a province with a industry built on lumber would already be planting more trees that what the fedgov demanded because they have a self interest to keep their industry going, and where were they planning to add these trees if there is already a planting program?
