  1. Do people seriously believe that China uses “spy balloons”? Really? The country that has a space program, that’s building a space station in orbit? They’re all of a sudden go low tech? American civil war tech?

        China is building infrastructure to spread their influence, America builds up military bases to spread theirs.
        One uses business to expand its influence, the other uses fear.

        I only have to read the headlines to know which side is truly evil.

          Despite the fact that they are currently led by barely-sentient vegetable, the US military is BY FAR the most powerful in the world. The idea that they fear military action by China in any way is ludicrous.

I don’t know how prevalent it is, but there are archeologists who want to rename the flint knapping classifications to be politically correct and inclusive. Is it because the level of tool making sophistication is a marker for intelligence and social organization,?

  7. The legal system discriminates against the victims of crime. The criminals have rights under the charter. Victims of violence who defend themselves are frequently charged, and are guaranteed to be charged if that defense involves a weapon.

      If she survives , she will have a short life unless some kind of way is found to detox her, shut down that damn spike factory and repair her damaged organs/blood vessels.

    It doesn’t take a genius. Anyone who lives on or near a reserve knows the answer to to that issue. Indian society is much more violent than society in general. That is a fact. The wilfully ignorant law society doesn’t make it any different. Political re-education with the aim to change opinions should be unconstitutional and illegal.

    You should be careful about linking to “global warning is a fraud” articles. Eight years is not a meaningful trend.

    There is plenty of crappy climate reporting about cheap solar and wind, extreme storm events and “scientists say we’re all gonna die” catastrophic predictions. However, the globe has warmed recently, speaking in climatological time terms. The rate since 1979 has been 0.16 degrees C per Century.

  15. The Law Society has ongoing continuing compulsory education. When they agreed to that stipulation they thought they would have to take a 10 or 15 hour course annually to maintain their license. Little did they know the wokesters in the Law Society had a surprise for them.

    The law evolves as society changes. Nobody is arguing against keeping abreast of changes in the law. It’s the way you think that has to change. You may have practised law for 25 years with no problems but now you must take training in ‘new think’ even if all you do is conveyancing and simple wills.

    The fact that 30% of the prison population is made up of Indians has nothing to do with systemic racism. It has everything to do with a violent masculine culture, idleness and refusal to take responsibility for your own welfare.
