  1. Reminds me of high school ski days back in the 80’s, except we were always drinking beer, or some kinda slush in a wine skin, which is why it seemed to me I could ski like that. (Don’t you dare insult my precious memories!) I like the truck at the end – it’s taking him to the out-run into town at the end of the day. Lol!

    1. I don’t know about you, but I was always intoxicated, at the moments of my most epic crashes.

      1. The season ending PigParties at Whistler.. I could ski on one board…. Not by choice mind you.. Took about an hour from top to bottom.Top of the red chair, snowbank, same , repeat all the way down..lol

      So it wasn’t an “ultimate run” at all , Just a 109 day special effects shoot with god knows how many takes and edits.
      I can watch any action movie and see the same fiction.

    2. I’m saddened to find my suspicion of multiple takes was well-founded, but I’m kind of disgusted it was over 100 days of shooting over 2 years. It’s getting so you can’t trust anything on the internet these days…

  2. A quick search doesn’t turn up anything recent. Hopefully he didn’t get a rare case of myocarditis to slow him down.

  3. remembering doing the North American at Norquay , the chutes at Sunshine , Headwall to the lodge at Louise without stopping and not being out of breath . now i almost pick my way down the green runs.
