They themselves acknowledge that legalization was a pipe dream… then you have a bunch of academics (again, I know many…) extracting federal grant money from research on the composition of this or that Canabis product. You know what NOBODY wants to know? The provenance of the plants. Genetic profiling? “Are you nuts? tell me how much THC is in it, it’s all I wanna know”.
