I’d like to see statistics by ethnic background of both the dead and the doctors. That would make for a fascinating analysis. I bet replacement theory is just a conspiracy.
We became a nation where people are too cowardly to take their own lives and want the government to do it for them. Oh well, since it is already fine for the state doctor to murder our children when we ask, why not ask the government to murder us too? Pretty soon we will not even need to ask.
I’m not surprised the death panels have expanded, that was probably their best case scenario from the start. I have no doubt that many of today’s politicians and their civil servant minions would love to kill off as many of us unproductive people as possible.
Now it’s to include those with mental health problems, so there should be a big increase as winter depresses the hell out of millions of us who can’t afford a tropical vacation or decent food.
I agree that a terminally ill person should have the option, but the rules for MAD (medically assisted death) have to be so strict there are no abuses,such as the recent VA case.

What debate? We’re not permitted to debate things in Canada any more. If our progressive overlords decree something, then it shall be done, and that is the end of the matter. Sure, people still have the freedom to talk about whether something ought to be done, or ought not to be done, but that does not constitute debate in any meaningful sense of the word. The policy shall be set, no future Parliament will overturn it, and even if they did so, the Supreme Court would just overrule them, and that will be that.
