    There IS a deal between Sullivan and Patrushev. These negotiations have been going on for weeks. The messenger is Saudi Arabia.
    The collective aim in the short term is towards a sort of Minsk 3 – with Istanbul/Riyadh attached.
    The Russians will leave the river bank in a managed military withdrawal.
    The Dnieper will be – in thesis – the settled and negotiated frontline.
    NO ONE is paying attention to the coke clown. Sullivan went to Kiev to present a fait accompli – of sorts.
    Meanwhile the Russian offensive elsewhere goes on.

    1. DB – there an oral history of the Pacific Islands being occupied by humans, but my recollection is that the travel was from southwest to northeast. Apparently when the boats/rafts got to the equator, the occupants saw the North Star, the only stationary star in the firmament. They stopped travelling until decided that this phenomenon was harmless, and then carried on.

      1. Frances, I seem to recall watching a documentary one time that noted that’s how the Hawaiian Islands were populated. IMO, a massive accomplishment in itself.

        However, S. America, although a larger target, is a far longer trip. I eagerly await further revelations.

        The book I mentioned was America Before: The Key to Earth’s Lost Civilization by Graham Hancock. He goes into multiple lines of evidence that N. America was populated long before the end of the last glaciation, ~12,000 yeas ago. If memory serves, as much as 183,000 years ago. If the evidence stands firm, that is stunning.

        As an aside, either one or both sets of evidence may kick the hell out of that whole, “First nations”, hypothesis, too.

    Caution: I’ve only found two media stories on this. Either:
    – it’s not true. But given all the other dumps in Quebec over the past 7 years, I suspect it’s true.
    – the main stream media has been pressured by Trudeau not to report it
    – it occurs so often in Quebec that it’s no longer news.

    Now you’d think with all the money Trudeau is spending on infrastructure, they’d have fixed Quebec’s sewage problems by now. But, since this is Quebec, and the Liberals are in charge of disbursing the money, I suspect that only 1%? is actually spent on putting new piping in the ground.

    I thought even the NDP would be all over this, as a method of denigrating Trudeau so the NDP could bring some supporters back into the fold. Perhaps China gave Jagmeet a new titanium bicycle?
