Scientists are entertaining the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 not only leaked from a lab but had been genetically modified, based on new research into the “peculiar pattern of unique restriction endonuclease recognition sites” in the virus.

This pattern allows “efficient dis- and re-assembly of the viral genome characteristic of synthetic viruses,” according to the Oct. 20 preprint by mathematical biologist Alex Washburne, Duke University pharmacologist Antonius VanDongen and University of Wurzburg molecular immunologist Valentin Bruttel.

The “fingerprint” of this “stitching” and the “pattern of mutations generating them are extremely unlikely in wild coronaviruses and nearly universal in synthetic viruses,” the researchers wrote.

“The BsaI/BsmBI restriction map of SARS-CoV-2 is unlike any wild-type coronavirus, and it is unlikely to evolve from its closest relatives.” […]

“I tried to poke holes in this study, really hard, and I hate its findings,” University College London Genetics Institute Director Francois Balloux wrote in a tweet thread that concluded the preprint “looks solid both conceptually and methodologically.”

Balloux said he was “able to replicate the key findings” and called the paper “by far the strongest piece of evidence to date against a simple scenario of strict zoonotic origin.” He predicted “Covid twitter will combust in an implosion of rage and fury over this preprint.”

Fauci’s official work calendar from November 2019 to March 2020 suggests he feared the virus didn’t have natural origin, according to Open the Books, which recently obtained the document through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

It shows Fauci had several previously unreported “top-secret” and “restricted” meetings with the National Security Council in January and February 2020, in venues including the White House Situation Room. Do these meetings “give the impression people-in-the-know thought the virus had a natural origin?” Open the Books founder Adam Andrzejewski wrote.

    Was COVID a conspiracy by the CCP, in collusion with Democrats in the USA, to create conditions to prevent the re-election of Trump?

    Remember when COVID first broke, what did senior Democrats do? They encouraged people to get out and enjoy their cities, go to movies, enjoy restaurants.

    The Democrats also said travel bans were racist and Xenophobic.

    And the senior public health officials were telling people there was no evidence of human to human transmission, while knowing that China had locked down Wuhan.

    And the CCP, shut down travel in China, but allowed (encouraged?) global travel.

  2. My only question is whether the release of the virus from the lab was accidental or on purpose?
    I have not seen an answer to that question in the last 2-1/2 years.

  3. It was bat soup. Period. Of course, many of us uneducated did not believe that from the beginning. The true believers will not admit they were duped nor that there was any possibility they were wrong. At first, I thought it may have been an accident. I now find that highly unlikely.

  5. Ugh!!!! Nothing grates on me more than the ol’ tried and true Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence maxim. Yeah, I get it, it’s applicable in some instances but more often than not it’s used to shut down conversations. And with the UN busted for hiring thousands of “Covid influencers” it kinda makes me give Ms.Loder the side eye.

    This made me chuckle – “saying that the outbreak of chocolaty goodness in Hershey PA came from the chocolate factory really isn’t that extraordinary of a claim at this point

  9. Deliberate, accidental, man-made or natural doesn’t matter in the end even though it looks very likely it’s man-made. The IFR is < .5% for everyone under 70. The reaction is what matters. Good news out of New York, some judges are waking up.

    2. I personally have basically lost the vision in my right eye after recently having covid, coincidently about 2 weeks after a clean optometrist visit. I would like to kill many, many people right now. It’s a disease that causes inflammation in tissue, for me it was in my eye

    It kinda does for me. People lost their lives…for the rest of us it’s been two years of constantly getting effed over. And given that our PM is once again threatening us we might be in for a repeat.
    I’d like to know the who, hows and whys. I want all the names of these sociopaths, from Wuhan to the Pfizer board room.
    If it was deliberate they’ll do it again.

    1. Point taken. What I want to see are efforts to make sure we’ll never do forced lockdowns, masks and injections again. As GerryK mentions that part was absolutely deliberate. Until then, the how it – the virus – happened can sit on the back burner. Because there is very little effort on the former.

  11. I don’t know if we could have said before that we have a “Vaccine Industry.” But that’s what is happening. Early in the scamdemic I saw what they were trying to do… create another “shot” that we take every year. This is in addition to the influenza shot that we are all encouraged to take because ‘influenza MAY cause” death. They are even going beyond that now by recommending multiple shots per year. We are seeing a new industry being born. Multi trillion dollar industry. Lock and key virus/vaccine that are made in the same laboratory.

  13. If there is anyone out there, at least in SDA land who still thinks this was NOT deliberate, then I want to mention that I still have a few bridges and unicorn breeding farms available at a 50% rate reduction sale. However, don’t dawdle, they are selling fast.

    The WEF has been planning all of this for years, if anyone thinks that they haven’t covered all the bases and avenues, they are only fooling themselves. The only mistake the WEF has made, is telling the world their plans, and that is due, to their supreme arrogance!

    I have legal grounds now to pursue legal action against every player involved in this. I just don’t have the money to whack these lizard people. Wondering if there is a class action lawsuit out there to put the steel-toed boots to these murderers? Asking for ME!!!
