“Will Americans ever get to see the Biden papers?”
No, the state protects its own.
Would be much better for GOP, after the mid-terms, to focus on better policies and good legislation, as opposed to going after the Bidens, because the latter will not work. See Durham.
If successful, the GOP could build a sustainable electoral majority for the future and thus have the possibility to correct the many policy errors emanating from the last 50 years or so.
There is some serious profit taking going on, and not in a serious, organized fashion as you would expect with a secret society or organized crime. Just a bunch of parasites with their sucking mouthparts clamped onto some fleshy surface. I can appreciate the idea that a political party can address the need for reform, but I am suspicious that Gramsci and his infiltrating Bolsheviks have gotten there first. Without the outlet of politics, and an adult, responsible media, reform is impossible, and revolution becomes inevitable. Not enough people have been convinced of the impossibility of reform, so revolution needs an ‘inciting incident’ to get the tumbrils rolling. This Biden kid is not the incident. A grandmother ridden down by horses was not the incident.
Fenris,
I must first disagree with your implication that crimes need occur in a “serious, organized fashion” in order to merit prosecution. Lots of people have died as a result of the criminal behavior of disorganized people. Mary Joe Kopechne comes to mind.
The Biden family may not be as commonly recognized as a cohesive group of criminal actors as are, say, the Mexican drug cartels; nonetheless, they appear to have committed, in a serious, and disorganized fashion, crimes with a financial magnitude of many millions of dollars. In California, some government entity’s prosecutors have designated financial values far lower than the multiple millions of dollars associated with the alleged crimes of the Biden family, below which crimes will not be prosecuted. Even at these low dollar values, the failure to prosecute criminals has had an obvious effect in destroying the respect of entire communities for the laws of those communities, and a subsequent further outcome of substantial increases in crime. (Think of it as the “Don’t encourage the assholes,” effect.) While not the only factor driving dramatic increases in crimes committed in places like California and New York, I think its a significant contributing factor.
Regarding your observation that “Without…an adult, responsible media,” I believe citizens would hope that a safe and ethical society would continue operating, despite that obvious deficiency.
If the alleged criminal behavior of the President of the United States in selling the influence of his office to actors of other nations, some of those nations outright economic, if not military enemies of the United States does not merit investigation and prosecution if warranted, then I believe the confidence of the governed in their government, and that government’s impartial enforcement of the laws of our nation is so undermined as to invite revolution.
Worse yet, government partiality in failing to investigate and if warranted prosecute Joe Biden for criminal behavior in which he engaged while Vice President, builds further distrust of a government which, in 2016, failed to prosecute Hillary Clinton for clear and obvious crimes. These were seen in the mishandling of classified documents, and her destruction of ~33,000 emails that were under subpoena by the US Congress. Sadly, this success in escaping prosecution has so encouraged her that in 2024 she will again compete for the office of the President. She apparently believes she meets or exceeds the Biden ethical standard for that office.
Do you sense a trend, or at least the possibility of a building trend? I do. The obvious willingness of government to repeatedly ignore alleged and actual criminal behavior by members of the Democrat party further invites revolution.
Worse yet (squared), Joe Biden recently delivered a televised speech wherein he demonized a majority of the Republican party as enemies of the United States of America. He clearly identified those enemies of the US as members of the Republican Party who voted for Donald Trump in the 2020 election. This is an alleged criminal accusing ~74 million of his fellow citizens of imaginary (I’m not aware of an Enemy of the State statute, but stay tuned) criminality. Further invitation to revolution, I think.
These are the incidents, and even if not, they are the accidentally pregnant parents of the incidents, poised outside the delivery room.
There won’t be a revolution, the socialist are already in power.
No. Our entire court system is too corrupted and simply serves as an enforcement arm of the Left. See the treatment of the BLM rioters vs. the treatment of the Jan. 6 prisoners. The suppression of true stories about Hunter and his dad, the promotion of absurd tales of Trump and his family. We’re at least as badly off as Canada.
Short answer…not anytime soon I think. As Tara Reade correctly pointed out last week in a tweet to Biden after his speech on “decency” of all things, that he has some very powerful people who’ve got his back.
Biden likes to put on the tough guy act only because they let him…he’s a means to an end which is a nice way of saying “useful idiot” when he becomes too much of a liability they’ll likely flip the switch and destroy him overnight.
Biden is another one of those politicians like Kerry, Bush, Obama and others who seem to have an invisible hand guiding them every step of the way.

Said invisible hand would (IMO), be those at the top of the Pyramid you see on US Currency. I’m thinking the Rothschilds are their Useful Idiots…
Funny how every piece of paper ever connected to Obama was sealed. Funny how there is zero interest and positive protection of anything and everything to do with the Biden Crime Syndicate.
But Trump is the most thoroughly and zealously investigated human being who ever lived, nothing is off-limits, he is not allowed legal protections afforded anyone else, and frivolous civil attacks are a daily occurrence.
Trump has to win in 2024. And I think he will. And the housecleaning will be spectacular.
Trump himself said that if the GOP doesn’t take control of the house and senate after the midterms, we will never again see a fair election.
I’ll go one step further and say that I’m seeing corruption in elections EVERYWHERE in the west, INCLUDING right here in our own municipal elections in Ottawa. So I will say that the midterm elections have already been corrupted (Quebec, Brazil, etc.) — that is, if we even have midterm elections come next month. There’s a growing groundswell of opinion among my sources that are saying the midterms could very well be cancelled, and I’m beginning to see a scenario developing where that could actually happen, and yes, that scenario includes a calamitous escalation (possibly involving tactical nukes… or worse), resulting in the imposition of martial law in the U.S.
(I did qualify GOPs aspirations only a few months ago by saying “if we even have midterm elections.” Yep. They were talking about this for that long. The demon-rats KNOW they are toast, so they’ve been scheming for quite a while now.)

….and those of us that live in Calgary who have any sort of inquisitiveness…would know instantly that Gyoti Gondek was a Virtual Unknown prior to last falls Election and should not have even been close to winning.
First time ever I’ve see Dominion Voting Machines being used for a municipal election…I think both of us can detect the putrid Stench of GEORGE SOROS in Canada. He has had a rather Cozy relationship with that useless POS in the PMO.
“…But Trump is the most thoroughly and zealously investigated human being who ever lived, nothing is off-limits, he is not allowed legal protections afforded anyone else, and frivolous civil attacks are a daily occurrence…”
And they got nothing. Trump must be pretty squeaky clean, especially for a business man at his level of the game.
The Biden papers, the Clinton papers, the Obama papers, the Pelosi papers, the Fauci papers… I’m guessing they all pretty much just tell variations of the same corruption story… and I’m also guessing that not one of these ‘stories’ will ever be fully publicly aired. And, you can concentrate on going after the high-profile “Godfather and his son”, but there will still be an entire criminal organization remaining to dismantle and prosecute.
But, hopefully, the world lasts long enough for us to witness a true US civil war… a MAGA-led House and Senate vs a Democrat deeeeep state. It will get very ugly.
I wonder…does the FBI keep Hunter Biden’s, Anthony Weiner’s, and Seth Rich’s laptop computers in the same drawer?
Same drawer as Jeffy’s.
My puzzle at the moment is why anyone would believe any poll in American politics. When Brandon and company refer to all opposition as fascists and enemies of the state, who is going to risk getting involved with the 87,000 new IRSS agents by claiming to be a Republican? If asked, I would tell any pollster that I am 110% behind the President and all his policies. Alone with a secret ballot, truth will come out.
