That was my first reaction.
Then I read the article and noticed that they “offset the climate-polluting emissions of all of their flights”. Which I assume means they pay indulgences to someone and that causes the CO2 emitted by their engines to become unable to absorb heat.
I gotta wonder how much taxpayer money goes into this airline.

There may be others, but these are all I can think of right now. So there is nothing new about this latest addition, which I don’t recommend due to the fact the name is hard to pronounce (and hence hard to remember).

The Piper Navajo was produced from 1967 to 1984. It seats 8 and YVR had over 25 million passengers in 2018. Iskwew Air does not represent even a drop in that bucket so any contribution it makes to decolonization and decarbonization is infinitesimally small.
I don’t use the work psychopath lightly.. We are up to our ears in them.. Yes, fly the meaningless gobbledygook skies.. I wont be buying a ticket any time soon.. I will decolonize and decarbonize myself on a train and hope they haven’t gotten to the bridges yet..

When this airline eventually fails, and its plane(s) is(are) grounded, its carbon emissions will most definitely be reduced (to zero).
