Good grief! Part of the mask mandates was to not only protect yourself, but to keep from killing granny or anyone else.
So what does a good little indoctrinated person do? Toss ‘biohazards’ all over the place instead of properly disposing of them, of course. Sheesh!

The best strategy seems to be to return at a small, remote border crossing returning home. There’s no PHA staff there, and its a phone call ‘interview’ that one can strategize thru.
