   Whether after the procession, this particular NIH staff wagon stops at the Tower of London,
   forthwith to deliver it’s passengers for trial and subsequent Natural Justice, is a matter for
   the Highest Court and the Defender of the Faith.

4. “The procession will be led by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police”. Which is about all they are good for nowadays. The RCMP should be disbanded as a police force and just used on ceremonial occasions. We can then get a real police force. Separate in each province so they don’t get too large and fall into the bureaucratic sewer like all other federal departments.
