my neighbour took her 7 year old boy to Montana to get another Covid shot for him.
Upon returning the border crossing had poor cell phone reception and she couldn’t update her Arrive Canada app.
Because Alberta doesn’t have a ArriveCan fine for not filling it in properly, the alternate is being quarantined/house arrest for 14 days.
She had a government person stop by her place banging the door at 730 to see if she was home, and gets sometimes 3 calls a day from the government.
