Guns are useless as sticks without ammo, so of course that I also have, in plentiful supply, and yes I am able to use em under stress.

The Henan Banks are a special case “special” that is because of massive corruption and theft. Most banks in China have deposit protection but if the owners don’t follow the “rules” then deposit protection is lost.
Chinese citizens have little choice as to where to bank and they are compelled by law to use small local banks in their own district. So if your bank is selected to not be protected, you are sol.
