  1. Reading the comments in the Super Chat, it certainly sounds like he’s left Canada, especially the way he’s ranting about lockdowns. Not sure how he will practice law in Florida, of course, but I’m sure he thought of that before he left.

    1. I don’t sense that his main source of income has been law for some time. By being in Florida, Bill C-11 can’t touch him.

        Just about the time of the next election, or so.

        Quebec was an extra special NASTY FASCIST regime during Covid, but they had a lot of competition from the other provinces. This is a reason why he left.

        It has us rethinking whether we go further south before September.

    1. The immigrants, the Indigenous peoples, and guilty white people are in complete control of Canada. And they will take away ALL … THEIR … human rights … just to take away YOURS. They HATE people who don’t believe what they believe. Their intolerance is becoming codified in both Law … and blatant illegal action.

      2. Kenji, I have been reading your info re SF. I lived in Sam Diego for a little while early in the 2000s. What happened in CA is just a glimpse to what both our nations face.

        1. True dat. I’m old enough to remember Gov. Dukemajian … hahaha … I actually remember Pat Brown too. It’s been a LONG TIME since CA has had SANE leadership. And the State bureaucracy is 100% hardcore leftist. And the Public Sector UNIONS have fleeced the State in unfunded pension liabilities (I’d sure like to be a retired, 50 year old CHP officer on. $180,000 SPIKED pension from overtime abuse. San Diego is a truly beautiful area … they did a beautiful job of reclaiming the old downtown … and now it’s one giant homeless encampment. Unsafe except when traveling in groups.

          Sorry … I weep for the State of my youth. All the newcomers have totally WRECKED the place.

    1. I suspect he is signing on with Rubin or others. If I was younger I would go to the border and claim Political Refugee status.

        2. Actually, from what I’ve heard in his livestream, his wife not only supported the move, I think it was her idea to move.

  15. Also mentioned his wife wasn’t keen on moving early on then one night came home fuming when she went to a childrens event and ALL the children were forced to wear masks. I’m assuming this was a recent event when masks mandated were being relaxed. So if his wife is on side I think it’s a done deal. Good for him, his wife Marion and his kids but their parents are undoubtedly sad their kids and Grandkids are leaving. Not an easy decision.

    1. And he chose the right State, as here in sunny CA … my grocery store is still filled with good little mask wearers.

  16. I would leave if I could. I think I am too old for such upheaval, but may be not. Viva may inspire others.

    1. 60+ years of existence myself, and if the borders ever open, I’m not hesitating.

  17. He is going on a 3yr visa, probably with some help from Robert. I get the feeling there is some kind of media deal with either Dave Rubin or possibly Daily Wire that will be announced soon. Just a hunch. I expect that he will be getting sufficiently well paid to not have to worry about health insnce. Aside from the need to escape our national insane asylum, as a content creator he needs to protect his business interests, so good for him.

    1. Why would he worry about health insurance? In Canada, we have the taxes, the national health insurance, but no healthcare. At least in the US, if you have no healthcare, you don’t have to pay for it.

  18. He has now mentioned “3 years” [in America] twice now. I thus suspect he is on a TN-1 visa. I’ve been on six of them in my life. There is no path with such visas to a green card or citizenship but they are relatively easy to get – if you’re in one of about a dozen professions.

    Given what Bill C-11 is likely to do, I believe that Viva will be much more effective living/broadcasting in America. And thank goodness for his children to experience the Joy of Freedom once again in their young lives!

  25. I have to love these dreamers who keep referring to Pierre The Idiots Charter,as if it ensures Rights and Freedoms of the citizen.

    When all the evidence shows it to be a carefully crafted document designed to deny every freedom a British Legal System recognized and every right our forefathers fought for.

    As this goes on ,I am reminded of something one of Dad’s fellow veterans said.
    “We don’t take Nazi’s prisoner”.

    Our effete elites have exposed themselves as the Nation Socials descendants,invoking civil war,yet certain that they will be protected from a fitting end ,due to the publics love of laws..
    So they will be protected by the very rules they have cast aside…?

  27. Have not watched him much since the protests, but pretty sure his wife is a surgeon or some medical specialist. Travel/work visa with 3 year contract, bring the spouse and kids, probably hers?
