My implication is that various political leaders around the world have used Ukraine as a tool in their own wealth/power gaining schemes. Ukraine tried to influence the US election numerous times in coordination with Democrats. Ukraine hatched the largest and most damaging Ponzi scheme in world history. Ukrainian oligarchs buy up properties in the midwest US and under the guise of development when all they are doing is hiding their laundered funds from authorities (with the assistance of US politicians). It is more than likely that various grant funding sent through Ukraine (the biological disease labs are just a fraction) were used to provide kickbacks to those US politicians who finessed the funding. And, I’m not just focusing on Democrats in that assumption. There is a reason that various political leaders around the world felt it necessary to show up in Ukraine in person over the last few months. There was no good reason for them to show up there in person unless someone holding the dirt required them to kiss the ring. Do you really think the geriatrics (Pelosi and McConnell) wanted to do a 7 hour plane ride to show up in Ukraine for about 3 hours?
My point. Under Russian rule or their own rule. Ukraine is a cesspool of corruption that hasn’t and isn’t going to change.

Well, if German and French taxpayers want to raid the pensions and social service budgets, or massively devalue the EUR, to be able to basically fund what’s left of Ukraine in perpetuity when the Russians are done rearranging its face, what’s not to love if you are the Duma?
But if I am Germany or France, the Ukraine is a really annoying, loudmouth, strung-out junkie bar floozy, who is forever going to be getting me into fistfights when she runs her mouth in front of the bikers at the pub.
