Its Monday On Trudeau’s Turtle Island

Biden’s America.  They/Them upset about guns.  And they wonder why people don’t go to church anymore.  Transgender bishop resigns over racism.  The Biden family.  And transgender America.

Go Woke. Go Broke.  Islamic outreach at Canadian universities.

Global warming scams are for the peasants.  Celebrities and climate change.  Save the planet. Drink monkey milk.  Trudeau’s buddies making money on Green projects.

Trudeau’s Canada.  Our Dear Leader had a wonderful time in California.  Justin’s kitchen renovations at Harrington Lake.

  1. Guns don’t kill people,
    Father’s with Beautiful daughters do.

Have a great upcoming Father’s Day.

  2. OCAP riot at Queen’s Park in 2000. Hmm. I wonder what opinion commenters are saying about the “Trump Insurrection” today and during the past few weeks at the Globe??

Would you invite John Clarke to your riot?

[…] Most commentators took it as a given that the demonstrators could never have decided all on their own to fight back when the police stormed the crowd with clubs and horses. After all, they came armed with swimming goggles and vinegar-soaked bandanas, so clearly they were ready for battle (never mind that they were meant to ward off the inevitable pepper spray). Someone must have orchestrated the violence, told them to pick up bricks, held Molotov cocktail-making workshops.

[…] The assumption is that activists are always self-interested, out to protect their property values, lower their tuition fees, or get themselves raises. In this context, putting one’s body on the line for a set of beliefs about how society should function is seen as somehow fraudulent, even sinister. The young and radical are told to shut up and get a job.

  3. “Go Woke. Go Broke.”

How’s the line in that song go? “He can’t even run his own life, I’ll be damned if he’ll run mine…”

    1. Yes, well unfortunately he is running yours, weather you want to accept that or not.

  4. Kitchen, now with PANTRY technology:

    From Blacklock’s,

A $735,000 kitchen renovation at the Prime Minister’s official lake property was more elaborate than a mere cooking area, says the Department of Public Works. It also included a pantry, staff told the Commons government operations committee

  5. There is a real insurrection going on in the USA right now, in the form of protests and assassination attempts against SCOTUS judges. Of course, the GOP will remain mum about that fact.

  6. It is enlightening to dig down on the career of Meghan Rohrer. I am not an expert on these things, for I am neither a journalist, nor a god, but there seems to be a pattern. I would throw in some facts and analysis, but that would upset the ‘use the word f@cbc in every sentence’ intellectuals that come down from the mountains and tell me what to think here. If I have learnt anything in life, I have learnt it is best to keep silent in the presence of divinity, or journalists, lest I get squished. None the less, the pattern of infiltration, incident, publicity, followed by a book plugging tour of talk shows, seems to be the road paved with good intentions that this so brave hero is on. A pattern, eh?

    1. The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America has been steadily taken over by leftist radicals over the past few decades. The same has happened with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada. They are more interested in promoting radical leftism than preaching the gospel. I don’t consider them to be a church anymore, more of a leftist social action club. (The bishop of the BC provincial synod is a lesbian “married” to a woman.)

I was a member for 60 years, and got out many years ago when I reluctantly came to the conclusion that it could not be salvaged. Congregations all over Canada are failing as the membership abandons them and they no longer have enough income to carry on.

      1. Yup. As many SDAers know, I’m also a Lutheran and I’ve been disgusted with the ELCIC and some of the other synods in that denomination for more than 40 years.

I noticed that it had become a branch plant of the Soviet Kremlin back then, doing so quietly. But my loathing for it truly began during the PET-inflicted economic blight of the 1980s. The church salvaged its image that it was a “caring community” through virtue-signalling a lukewarm and limp concern about those of us who were unemployed but never offering any other support such as counselling.

I began boycotting worship services when, during one sermon, those of us on the dole were scolded for drawing pogey….. because it was “free money”, not because there weren’t any jobs for which we were suited by education and/or experience.

It hasn’t improved since then and the last Lutheran service I attended was my mother’s memorial, and the less said about that occasion, the better. I regret to say that I have to agree with you that the Lutheran church in Canada may be beyond redemption and I’m saddened by it.
