  1. Charest’s campaign is either fake or completely inept. They have a campaign event this Sunday in Victoria. It’s a long weekend and it’s a Sunday so no one is going to show up at all.

      The only candidate I have any hope for is Poilievre, but I have no doubt that the leftist CPC will give him the “DNC/Bernie Sanders treatment” when it comes down to the wire.

      This war is no longer left vs right, it is now normies vs elites and the CPC hierarchy UNQUESTIONABLY don’t see themselves as normies.

    2. I had a liberal plant once. It was right next to my tomatoes and it kept telling them they were transgender. As a result, they refused to germinate and screwed up their production. Happy ending, however. The liberal plant tried the same thing with the green beans and they strangled him.

    1. Once he loses his leadership bid, he will return to his “legal” practice and a few corporate boards such as SNC-Lavallin, Bombardier, TD Bank or similar.

    2. I’m waiting for someone from Rebel News to ask him when he will declare his candidacy for the LPC.
      I mean after all they are the ones telling conservatives what a great choice for leader he is, they should at least demonstrate their good faith* by getting the contest started.

      *in all honesty though I realize that the LPC and good faith never inhabit the same reality.

      Why not Charest? It would be great news for Max!
      That said, who doesn’t like what PP says, he’s quick on his feet and he’s aggressive. Good qualities. Unfortunately, we’ve seen acts like this in the past, and as soon as they get leadership, and power, the act changes. Hope that doesn’t happen, but he’s got too many WEF buddies to fully trust.

      Why not Brian Jean? Media is trying to make the play that the UCP is split up, of course overestimating their wishes. Notice how quickly they propped up Red Rachel with her clique onto CPAC? As if it was all pre-arranged (it was). How did she lose all her wrinkles from 5 years ago, by the way? Facelift? Massive Botox? Questions must be asked. Here’s to her falling spectacularly on her face with her delusions of grandeur.
      Kenney had to go for a new leader, the UCP will get its act together and be re-elected, the electorate knows how bad the Horde are (except Redmonton) and are to be avoided.

      1. DanBC, talk to me about Brian Jean. I know who he is & have some handle on his past history, but nothing recent. When his name come up on another thread the other day, he was lambasted as being a Covid Nazi. Thoughts on UPC leader?

        The UCP has a bunch of religious whack jobs on one side and a bunch of lefty opportunistic kleptocrats on the other.

        There is no obvious successor.

        1. Kenney was unbelievably divisive. He knew half his caucus were committed Christians but shuttered churches and arrested preachers.

  14. What is it with politicians who think that they can get away with saying the shit that they do. For example if you listen to Joe Biden he’s been everything from a top-notch brain surgeon to a semi truck driver.Do they think the public is stupid or is that just a rhetorical question.
