Well, I wondered the same thing. According to Tucker’s show, the US is attempting to run down the Russian military and use up its supplies of weapons and equipment. As usual, with the Dems, it’s probably the other way around.
And inflation and shortages are rampant in America. Pathetic.
And … ALL … of Americas annual foreign aid is $47 B … given to about 200 countries. We are giving roughly the equivalent of our ENTIRE annual foreign aid to JUST. ONE. COUNTRY. That is sick. Sick in the head. The Ukraine is of no consequence to the USA. Nor is Russia.
This would indicate that $40 billion is about 5.7% of the entire US budget…but hey they have $Trillions$. 🙂
However, you can never have to many body bags…looks like death is a popular product this year.

The Ukrainians are now using proximity fuses instead of contact fuses. This means the shells can blow up 5 to 10 feet from the ground instead of inside the ground. Far more effective than Russian gear. There’s many pictures of Russian shelling around a huge inaccurate radius with tell tale contact fuse marks in the ground.
Meanwhile Ukraine is getting hundreds of 155mm guns. Towed, self propelled, armored you name it. Not only that, but very advanced units like CESAR and PzH 2000. These units can shoot 6 shells each that land in the same spot simultaneously. They’ve received 100 M777 Howitzers from USA, Canada, and Australia. Ukraine even produces its own 155mm self propelled armored howitzer.
What about the shells themselves? Like I said they can be configured for a proximity fuses or a contact fuse, but it gets better than that. What about guidance? They’re getting those too:
The Excalibur has a range of 40+ km. Snake Island is 30 km from the Ukrainian coast. You do the math. The Russians won’t be back. The Ukrainians will be able to take out bridges at very long range.
The Excalibur and Copperhead can be laser guided. From a Bayraktar for example.
