The first officers arrived at the outskirts of the community within 22 minutes of the first 911 call, but, out of fear, decided to abandon their vehicles and walk into the darkened community. Over the next 20 minutes while they were walking slowly into the community many more innocent and unarmed citizens were murdered.

I did this interview because I felt it was important that people like Chris are heard.
When I recorded the interview with Chris, I reached out to every alternative news organization and journalist I could find contact information for – about 20 in all. I urged them to watch his video and decide if they wanted to get his perspective on what had happened. Aside from Kate, who I contacted as a matter of course, not one person watched the video. Not one person responded. The Freedom Convoy was already old news, and I guess everyone had decided to move on to new stories. Then Russia invaded Ukraine, and there was no hope at all of anyone being interested.
The war in Ukraine is a hideous, and unnecessary thing, precipitated by the criminal levity of the same callous little clique of State Department bureaucrats who destabilized Egypt and started the war in Libya. I believe their posturing about bringing Ukraine into NATO was what finally forced Russia’s hand.
However bad this war is for Ukraine, it has come at a very convenient time for both the American president, and our Prime Minister. Covid, the Freedom Convoy, the rotten economy – are all forgotten.
The convoy protesters have become anonymous undesirables, who can safely be punished for as long as the government chooses now that everyone’s eyes are on Ukraine.
