Likewise if Alberta and Saskatchewan try to separate, do you think Trudeau would let a prime source of foreign capital walk away? I won’t attempt to paraphrase it. He eloquently and brutally summarized the state of Canada in a few minutes.
When liberals use violence against the people the media justify it via they deserved it, I can’t think of one incident of violence from the truckers-the violence was one sided via armed thugs called the Policeeeeeeeeeeeee. The media are nothing but the PR arm of liberal and NDP parties, eventually their access to tax payer’s money will be cut off but that’s a couple years down the pike.
Sadly, if only one side is willing to use violence, then the victor is a foregone conclusion.

He does a good job of explaining why repressive governments need to differentiate between “demonstrators” and “insurrectionists” regardless of evidence.

Well, I’m out. I tried to watch the “continuing debate” (when the Hell do they actually vote, fer Chrissakes?) on CPAC just now, and less than five minutes in I was overcome with disgust at the tactics of the Liberals. It’s astonishing the level of bullshit and suck-uppery the Lib MPs will undertake to try and convince everyone that the truckers were some kind of existential threat to Canada, rather than a municipal nuisance, thousands of kilometres away from most Canadians who are just trying to live their lives.
Canada is royally screwed.
The truckers are a threat; to them and the rest of the elitists. Especially senior civil servants who became very wealthy by having their snouts in the trough. They produced nothing of value and, like any other parasite, are fighting hard against being removed from the host.
For the sake of posterity can some one produce a list of all the 185 who voted yea. Names, affiliations bios.

The CPC, after being silent for two years, jumped aboard the truckers’ convoy, tossed O’Toole and started talking.
After a few days of tough talk they said: “OK truckers, you’ve made your point, now go home. We’ll take it from here.” Yeah, sure.

But the government is only targeting a group that they don’t like and won’t talk to for just long enough to crush them, so its totally ok. Everyone else still has their rights as long as their views are government approved. So no problem there either. Plus the government is supported in this by the majority of the people who are sick of people voicing unpopular views and inconveniencing them and being all disorderly (as long as they aren’t from specially protected groups of course) so all of this is also totally democratic too. The people have been watching the state sponsored news media and they don’t like these horrible people causing trouble so its time for the government to start cracking skulls so that things can get back to normal. The rights of the majority to enjoy peaceful streets totally over-rides the right of the troublesome minority to be heard. Nothing to see here. Move along.
