Black Loot Matters

The California Department of Justice has threatened to hold the leaders of Black Lives Matter personally liable if they fail to fork over information about the charity’s $60 million bankroll within the next 60 days, according to a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner.

The move came just days after a Washington Examiner investigation found that BLM has had no known leader in charge of its millions since its co-founder resigned in May and that the Los Angeles address it lists on its tax forms is wrong.

  1. Funny how the Canadian media is ignoring this story, even though its major news all over the U.S and even Britain.

  2. What happened to the 100 million in extortion money that Walmart gave them to leave their stores alone?

  3. ?.. and they expected some sort of long term political capital from raining 100 million on middle school dropouts..
No.. they took the money and ran..

But Im sure they are still pissed off enough to want more.. wink wink..

  4. I’m shocked, I tell you, shocked. I thought they were a wholesome, trustworthy organization. Because our political and media elites said they were.

  5. Everybody, lets please try to keep in mind that BLM isn’t just a grift.

It’s also an attempt to replace the governments of free western democracies with communist-totalitarian regimes through violent overthrow.

    So there’s that.

    1. Oh yes.
Kate’s astute headline right here made me spew beer out of my nose.
I would nominate this headline for a “spewlitzer prize.”

  6. The black Al Capone … brought down by tax evasion. Time to sic Chief Justice Roberts on BLM … as he knows the government has unrestrained license to levy taxes. Seems as though Gavin Newsom wants HIS cut. And don’t forget “The Big Guy”.

  7. I’ve defended charitable trusts in California against the State lawyers who prosecute violations of charitable trust laws. The State lawyers who do that are stunningly good lawyers and very, very, very good at what they do. They choose targets for purposes of getting the attention of other charities and go after those who they think are the worst offenders. Then they assemble their case against the chosen targets in quiet. Such that by the time they go public with letters like we see here their case is fully assembled and the target is a dead man walking. Their putting personal liablity on the table at step one tells me that they’ve game planned this that far; they’ve looked at and concluded, correctly I think, that the Directors and Officers coverage that the BLM leaders may have is not going to protect those leaders against liability for the conduct that the State lawyers are looking at and the evidence they have assembled… And having sent out the opening letter means that Newsom and friends are not going to be able to block prosecution without a huge loss of political capital and fierce blowback… Those BLM folks should be very concerned. I’d much rather be up against our local U.S. Attorneys that this particular group of Cal. State attorneys.

  8. You know to whom Black Lives do NOT matter?

to the Black Lives Matter leaders who stole those million$$$ and ran away with them.

Those ( black) people cared about themselves, not about the black community.

    Black Larceny Matters.
