One down, several more to go…

While there are other politicians in this country, both federal and provincial, who are more deserving of removal from office, at least it’s a start. We’ll know for sure by Wednesday.

Ontario MP Scott Reid, chair of the party’s caucus, has informed MPs that he received written notice with signatures from at least 20 per cent of members requesting a review of O’Toole’s leadership, The Canadian Press confirmed.

One member of the Conservative caucus, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said caucus was divided evenly between supporters, detractors and the undecided, but anger is growing and the ground may have shifted.

    1. They should just merge with the Liberals. They both have all the same agenda and goals.
      SHITCONS

    1. Fat Kenney is too busy getting the Mounties to bust heads in Coutts. He hopes Wretched will let him French kiss her ass some more once it’s done.

      1. Drove south in Lethbridge on 43rd Street from Hiway 3 yesterday around 3PM. Directly to the west of the brewery is a hotel, can’t recall the name of it. Their parking lot was full of RCMP cars. Had to be 20 or more.

  1. I’m wondering where exactly O’Toole intends to differentiate himself from a Liberal. On almost every potential opportunity to oppose the government, he abdicates. Not only that, he failed to improve upon his two predecessors’ election results. Both of them! So turf the loser and let him run for the Liberal Party leadership.

    1. I’m 100% convinced O’Toole is a Liberal plant. A weak Conservative would at least send vague signals at the discomfort of Liberal policy.

O’Toole’s absolute loyal-to-the-status-quo silence can only mean one thing.

  2. Justin Trudeau is laughing his ass off as the Conservatives self-imolate and the truckers defeat themselves by not cracking down on the idiots.

We need a Pierre Polievre – Peter MacKay battle for the next leadership. Winner purges the party of the loser’s supporters. Loser goes off and forms another party.

    1. When the MSM makes the “idiots” up there isn’t much they can do. You sound like a Trudeau cult member.

    2. When the liberals worry about the serial racist, serial womanizer, serial liar and pinnacle of white privilege they’ve picked as leader, I’ll worry about a couple of flags. I’m not interested in concern trolling from the people who still believe Jussie Smollette was assaulted.

  3. :)… It’s a start!
He’s a lame duck, in so many ways.
If they can find a rock solid temporary Leader (and I capitalized that with intent) they have a real chance of gaining the electorate’s trust.
Trudeau must be crapping his panties; The CPC caucus is setting the standard on how to deal with incompetent leadership. We can only hope and pray that they are successful! O’Toole should do the honorable thing and offer his resignation, before the vote.

  4. Why should any taxpayer care?
    Too little too late.
They have already shown us what they are and what they value.
Any “action” now is pure butt covering and attempted saving their own asses.
They are uni-party thugs,no amount of righteous chatter can disguise them now.

    1. Absolutely correct. Pierre sees an opportunity to increase the vote. That’s his motivation.
The cons sense they are done and like a drowning man, will clutch on to any straw.
They, like liberals, watch the polls, and like the liberals will mouth appropriate words, and like liberals, they will forget what was promised and claim, ” the greater good”
Anyone trusting these cons is too stupid to vote.

  5. The problems with the CPC go far deeper than O’Toole. The entire party headquarters needs to be fired and if any complain about lack of justification just point out that they thought it was a good idea to hire Warren Kinsella as a consultant. Nuff said there.

    1. In 2019 there was no PPC candidate in my riding so I held my nose and voted conservative in the advance poll. If I had found out about them hiring Kinsella I would have spoiled my ballot

  6. Having been a card carrying member years ago, I don’t know how anyone capable of ration thought who would not want the O’Toole fool gone.

  7. 20 percent eh? After all his gutless flip-flopping.

It’s like having a few of your local FD show up with a bucket of water after they had watched every house in your neighbourhood burn to the ground.

  8. I don’t even care anymore. Anybody from Western Canada who thinks that the CPC will “save” us clearly doesn’t understand the situation. We’ve been taking it in the ass since 1905 and nothing will change.

    UDI is our only hope.

  9. Boycott the legacy parties. They are untrustworthy.

The only conservative/libertarian option is the PPC.
