    1. No, they’ll appoint Harris to the court. That way they can get a new slate for the next election.

        Sundance already called the next nominee months ago. Some black woman on the DC circuit court. She already went through Senate confirmation for that appointment so it provides strong cover to get her onto SCOTUS.

          That said, Heels Up would be a horribly unqualified SC nominee, but she’s unqualified for VP for that matter.

          1. Can’t confirm a new VP with a 50/50 Senate. No tiebreaker (*). Yes, I’m assuming all 50 Rs hold, and I know how useless they tend to be. But the gravity of a VP nomination wouldn’t be lost on any of them. They’d all benefit from forcing Biden to nominate a total loser and torpedoing anyone semi-competent at the job. Hilary? Hah. Never. Plus you’d have to get the far-left Ds and the not-so-crazy Ds (think Manchin) to agree just to get the 50 D votes.

            The alternative is then to leave VP vacant which puts Pelosi next in line. She’d probably make Biden look both popular and competent.

            (*) – the constitutional mechanics of nominating a sitting VP to SCOTUS would be novel, I suppose, so I can’t rule out that the VP would technically remain VP right up until the moment she casts the 51st vote to seat herself. IDK.

She has no problem with fraud to get the outcome she and her handlers want. I expect a senile push over like Biden is precisely what they want. Then the people in each department under the presidency can do anything they like with out oversight or consequences.

  18. I remember when Donna Brazille admitted on Fox news that she was afraid for her safety after Seth Rich was assassinated. She didn’t say why other than she thought there were possible dark forces out there.

    She knows that the democrats and their clandestine operatives (FBI, CIA, NSA) are capable of silencing anybody.

    It was a bizarre admission and it is interesting that nobody followed up on it.
