    1. This is all about demographics. Starting in 1969-1970 (I graduated high school in 1970), Mao Tse Tung decreed only one child per family. Most parents chose sons and either aborted the baby daughters or handed them off to the government who adopted them out to Western couples. So men born in 1970 are 52 years old and likely have had very little sex in their lives. Plus there are many more born in the years between 1970 and 2000, so there is a tsunami of unmarried men who have had very little sex. The oldest will be retiring in less than 15 years.
      This is what happens when governments try to skew the ratio of male to females in the population. It is also happening in India. Our family has always speculated that there will be a short nasty war between India and China to reduce the size of the male population. It will be interesting to see what happens.

    The grocery shelves at our local Sobey’s supermarket are becoming bare, as in big-time bare. What Trudeau is doing is unbelievable. There is nobody in federal Cabinet who understands basic economics.

    Skip the mind-numbing propaganda for a moment and look at the pics. One has to scroll down quite aways to see a white person. The people creating this web site have to shovel their woke racial identitarianism, first. Or take the latest woke ad, from our federal government, pushing vaccines for children. There is no white kid to be seen, save for a mentally-retarded kid during the last half of the ad (and the only reason he is in the ad is because of his mental retardation).

    The mindless ad agencies pushing woke multiculturalism lose sight of the goal of what they are trying to achieve. There is very little written on the disappearing white folk in our ads. I could only find one in the American Thinker site. I don’t comment on the efficacy of vaccine (the vaccines are useless for the Xi variant). But the pro-vaccine side are politically-correct twits.

Once someone is hired into the massive public sector, with unmatched pay, benefits and job security, they will never criticize the government out of fear of losing their job.

    Yesterday, after a lovely flight in perfect, albeit cold, conditions, I stopped at a gas station to fill my car. With the pump running, I was cleaning some of the muck off the lights etc when I noticed that all others gassing up their cars were wearing face diapers, with some of them giving me the evil eye. I then saw a notice on the pumps stating that it is a requirement to wear those things anywhere on a commercial property. This was outside, light breeze blowing and nobody within 10 ft of me. The drones were meekly complying – really I am exasperated. Needless to say I finished my fill-up barefaced and drove away.

    1. That is stupid. Have not seen that yet. It would be difficult to enforce. Does a clerk minding the till inside want to rush out to confront a maskkess patron in the cold? Hope the insanity does not spread.

      1. To be precise, it was the Pioneer Gas Station at the intersection of Victoria St N and Shantz Station Rd, Kitchener. Its the only gas bar I pass between Kitchener-Waterloo Airport, and my home north of Guelph.

        Usually has a good price for diesel.

      1. I’m about 3.5hrs NW of TO, and we got about 2′ of snow, drifts up to 4′.
        Took about 1.5 man hour to shovel apartment building walkways and paths to vehicles, but split among 3 neighbors, it was easy.

    2. How would a person go about figuring out how much Pfizer money goes to Health Canada? I am guessing rather a lot. Some perhaps under the table. I believe this drug is pretty new. I believe the Novavax has been seeking Health Canada approval for at least a year. What’s the hold up?
