  5. There is “speculation” that the Omicron variant’s virus particle size is smaller than the original COVID virus particle. I’m sure this information is known to Saskatchewan Health as part of the technical parameters around the Omicron variant. It would be nice if some respected health authority would release relevant information about the Omicron variant.

    On a practical level, how reasonable is it make compulsory vaccination with a vaccine made for the original virus that is almost completely ineffective at stopping the new variants (37% relative risk reduction and less than 1% absolute risk reduction…and only for a few months, at best)? Where one of the known adverse effects is death – where there is risk there must be choice? Where there are now medications approved to treat the virus? Rapid rests are available to prove you’re negative? Governments are refusing to acknowledge or allow tests for natural immunity, which research shows is more durable than current vaccines? Where the companies and regulatory agencies are trying to prevent a full release of data for 75 years? Where there is no long term data on adverse effects?

    This would be one of the worst violations of human rights and civil rights in Canadian history.

      As it has been noted before, I am confident that the end goal is to eliminate the “control group” in a population level, the same way that Pfizer eliminated the control group of the ongoing Phase III by “unblinding” the trial and offering the jab to everyone.
