Trudeau has bought the media and uses the CBC to implement his propaganda. The poor Mr. O’Toole is trying to be friends with this pack of wolves.   13. Wrote email to the supreme leader of the so called “Conservative” party at the time and asked precisely the question. Suggested that he does away with the CBC or at least to make it earn to pay their bills, no subsidies.
    I think, might have included it in one comment on the subject at SDA, at the time.
    The reply was public, the supremo said that he would do exactly that, during one of his blurbs, don’t remember where, though remember hearing him sayin it.

    As in about everything else the guy said he would do, he done nothing but opposite.

      Harper chickened out on CBC and failed us with his non-action on Sun-TV, and the rest of the CPC are far less conservative than he was. I expect Justin will tire of this role and retire when he hits 60 years old, so we’ll only have ten more years of him.

      We can continue to fantasize that Alberta or the Western provinces will separate from the ROC, but that’s as real as Bigfoot.

  17. These weasles are all the same. They have no principles, no morals, and no concern for anyone but themselves. They will say or do anything to get their chance at wielding power and lining their pockets at the expense of the serfs.

    Govt needs to be shrunk and neutered. Not one single politician has shown any meaningful desire to do that and to explain why that is important. (Except maybe Bernier, but I am pretty skeptical of him too)

  18. So here is a fix, there will be a box on everyone’s tax return to allow them to contribute to the CBC’s $1.3 billion subsidy, and every person who checks yes will be taxed in an amount to give them an equal share of the CBC of the subsidy…

    it’ll only last a year or 2, and then the problem is solved.

    for reference, the current amount works out to about 42.40 per taxpayer, based on a subsidy of $1.3 billion and 30,658,712 filed tax returns…

    2. Would doing so be, an insult to the Right to vote in a “free and democratic society”?
    3. Is the nickname “Error” O’Toole, a meme that fits, one that he has earned?
    4. If you send money or vote for “Error”, is the nickname “Error” now yours, too?

  23. I think the permanent leader of the Stool Party should stay hidden away like he usually does and only pop out his fat empty head when he wants to cheer on the Turdhole Party or copy their policies… thats what he’s good at… also lying, he’s a fantastic unconscionable unaccountable liar.
    A permanent political leader is never a good idea, but as long as you’re a Globalist Liberal or a Globalist Con or a guy with a turban you can keep your job despite your failures… that is the basic nature of one party States.

  24. Exactly. Mr O’Toole wants to sidle up to the old leftist who has been left behind by the new leftists who now run the CBC. If you consider who is currently in charge of the party apparatus (e.g., the current President of the Party), you will see that the old Progressive Conservative Party has risen from its coffin and is resurrecting its old platform of “We’ll do just what the Liberals/NDP are doing, but we’ll do it better.”
