Hey I agree this is a sick activity by greedy people. Last I checked “New Mexico” is not another country. Least wise not when I lived there in Santa Fe. “She sold sick puppies from a New Mexico shelter.”
Regardless where they were from the dealer should do jail time for animal cruelty. Maybe liability for the kid’s emotional distress.
Puppy mills are puppy mills. Some are called rescue organizations. That’s called marketing.
