Objections to the policy were denounced as “harassment” and “harmful language.” You see, building woke utopia requires a little contortion.
If someone is a gay, transgendered, black, Hispanic, Asian who uses twenty pronouns, how many votes do they get?
If they’re dead, they’ll get ten votes in some states in the US.

Delightful. This was done before, if memory serves: colored folk were given 3/5 of a white person’s standing for voting purposes, or some such.

I’d love to ask my kid’s grade 11 teachers if he gets a mark adjustment ‘cause they’re white, but f2f parent-teacher meetings aren’t on, and it’d be not as much fun using Teams.

That 3/5 song and dance was put in place because the Southern Democrats were using Slaves to pad the number of representatives (Congressmen) in federal elections. Naturally the slaves in question couldn’t vote, so the number required to elect someone in Georgia for example was about 10% of member from Maine.
After all, any demand by Northerners that this system be fixed, was slapped down by the Supreme Court, which backed the Dems, because they had been instrumental in getting them the positions because of the numbers.
A compromise was cobbled together, which said that a black person (Slave) was valued at 3/5 as much as a white for representatives purposes.
Black activists use this today as an example of getting put down by the ‘man’ when in reality it was one step that lead to the Civil War and ultimately the banning of slavery.
The great irony of it is that all those UnMes who believe that diversity is not white genocide will be fed into shredders first, fed feet first too.

Their proletariat should do a quick count and if the whitey’s have enough votes, decertify the union ASAP.
Also, union dues do not have to go to the union, they can go to charity instead without losing union protection.
Actually one does not need many to decertify a union. It only takes one person to convince the labour board that the union has failed to represent and the union can be decertified. This has happened in the past. All it takes is one strong willed person of conscience. However, that has been beaten out of teachers during their training and union membership. Those benefits, time off and pensions are attractive incentives.

And voters in P.E.I have their votes weighted 4:1 compared to here in Calgary. So teachers just entrenching in theirs what already exists in our “constitution”
