    It’s a docu-drama about the early days of the British home computing industry.

    It’s the story of Dr. Robert Noyce, the co-developer of the integrated circuit. I say “co-developer” as Jack Kilby at Texas Instruments simultaneously came up with the concept independently. Kilby was eventually awarded a Nobel Prize in physics, but Noyce was ineligible, having died before that.

    I have a personal connection to some of the events in the first show as my first computer was a Sinclair ZX-81, fully assembled with a 16 KB RAM module. Actually, I had two of them. The first one ran hot and had a defective video card, so I exchanged it for a second one. (That bit the show got right.) Unfortunately, the Sinclair’s membrane keyboard sucked big time (another detail that was correct) and the machine met a less than stellar end.

    I remember reading about the rise and flame-out of the British home computing industry. Towards the end of the 1980s, there were a few Amstrads in some stores here in Edmonton, but British machines really didn’t have much of a market share. They came and went without much notice.

    One thing that the first show doesn’t touch on was that Sir Clive Sinclair was brilliant, being a member of Mensa.

    1. BA, from the many papers I have read the vax is destroying immune systems and making people vulnerable to many other diseases and problems. The mutations usually are not stronger than the original, whatever that original might be, as there has been no isolated virus so far in this theatre of the absurd.

Let out for a test run in 2003 and we called that SARS. There was in FACT Animal testing – they all freaking Died. A Result thereof I’m positive, was looked at quite Favourably by the powers that be..

      The Canadian Connection is also a Biggy: Acuitas & Arbutus Pharmacueticals worked with UBC to create the Nano Lipid Particle – what I understand to be the delivery mechanism of choice for mRNA jabs. That was ~2015/2016…and then in 2017 those two found themselves in Litigation over the rights to the tech. WHY.??

  9. Democracy on Turtle Island. After five months of no fake parliament, the MPs are back. They will meet for a few days before heading for their “Holiday” break. The big priority for Justin is a ban on conversion therapy, because he wants to embarrass the Conservatives somehow. That is the level of maturity from the little weasel. The NDP leader’s priority is global warming scams, and the Bloc wants more free stuff for Quebec. And of course the bought and paid for media, are concentrating on whether all Conservative MPs are vaccinated.
