Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

theyve been cheating on the two scoops of raisins forever.
we like the muffin tops too.
Allow me to say what we’re all thinking.
They have real strawberries in Pop-Tarts?
Anyone who eats Pop Tarts has shit fer brains. Doubt they would know a strawberry from an apple.
Pop-Tarts have always tasted like something from an East German chemical factory.
Cal2 – they never said how big the scoops are, now did they? 🙂
Frankly, I never saw the appeal of Pop Tarts. Bought a box once, they’re terrible. Awful dough. Should have 5x as much filling.
Just make a slice of toast, butter it, and spread on as much fruit preserve as you want. You could sprinkle sugar on it too if you wanted.
Apparently pop tarts and beer are the first two items to disappear from store shelves when a hurricane is about to come ashore.
Sorry, I love the Pretzel caramel filled Pop Tarts. I always have at least one box in my Jeep at all times.
Oh, and Taylor Swift…also a Pop Tart. 😀
Even back when I ate lots of junk food, I was never desperate enough to stoop to eating Pop Tarts. The last one I ever had decades ago had about the flavor and texture that I imagined the cardboard box they came in would have had.

Potentially fraudulent Pop Tarts intrigue the courts. Fraudulent elections, not so much.
That sounds like the “EuroSausage” episode of Yes, Minister.

Not shown: Minister Hacker saves the day by getting the EU to call the product “British Sausage” like a name-brand!
Amazing! So there is actually someone who believes that there is real fruit in pop tarts. I always thought the flavouring in Pop Tarts was poured out of an Erlenmeyer flask. Even one gram of fruit is a bonus.
