Biden targets the unvaccinated with widespread plan to mandate COVID-19 shots

U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday took aim at vaccine resistance in the U.S., announcing policies requiring most federal employees and more than 17 million health-care workers to get COVID-19 vaccines and plans to require mandatory vaccination or weekly testing for private businesses with 100 employees or more.

Once fully in force, the new measures, which Biden laid out in remarks from the White House, would cover about two-thirds of all U.S. employees, part of a broader, more aggressive attempt to get Americans vaccinated amid a surge in COVID-19 cases from the fast-spreading delta variant.

  3. Private businesses don’t enjoy sovereign immunity or hold harmless agreement applications. And since the president has chosen to apply this through fiat as opposed to legislation (which could have arguably extended such assurances)…the corporations, companies, insurance companies and ultimately the consumer (to whom the costs are passed on eventually) are now hanging out there on a rotting tree limb.

    Even something as minimal as a handful of employees reacting negatively to the vaccine will result in very, very expensive lawsuits with the potential for punitive damages. And, if down the road it is proven that variant forms of the virus were expedited by the vaccination and resulting boosters….well the class action suits will make the tobacco suits look like a picnic.

    In short…this is a very very very very very bad idea. And, as with most liberal policies, the likelihood of it creating a worse situation than for what it was intended is a pretty good bet.

    4. I’ve taken vaccines all of my life. I take the annual flu shot. These are NOT “vaccines” by the strictest of definitions. They are EXPERIMENTAL GENE THERAPIES.

    If you are inoculated against covid then you have nothing to fear from the unvaccinated; because you are protected!

    Vaccine: a substance used to stimulate the production of antibodies and provide immunity against one or several diseases, prepared from the causative agent of a disease, its products, or a synthetic substitute, treated to act as an antigen WITHOUT INDUCING THE DISEASE.

    So if the unvaccinated choose to catch covid, and survive or die, based on immunity granted naturally by their immune system; that is their choice.

    Thus if you are already double jabbed you have nothing to fear; unless of course you have a “LEAKY PSEUDO VACCINE” which does not offer natural immunity!

    As Dr Peter McCullough noted natural immunity is robust, enduring and durable.

He cancelled a North American pipeline, recued the US to a net importer of oil, while begging Putin, the Saudis to increase production. Now they are talking about eliminating sanctions so that Assad and Hezbollah can pipe oil from Iran. This entire speech was an effort to blame all his 1000’s of failures on Covid and the false premise that conservatives are the main source of unvaxxed, rather than minorites.

  15. Never forget that you have the right to refuse any medical procedure. Medical procedures and treatments must have informed  consent and that consent must given free of threats, harassment and coercion. This is basic human rights and the foundation of medical ethics.

    When the government threatens your livelihood, your education and now perhaps even the right to access medical care if you refuse a medical procedure…they have gone so far over the line that you need to oppose their unethical corruption and abuse of authority at all cost. If the courts can’t see the blatant erosion of human rights and end this then they have also lost their moral compass and moral authority, imo.

Trump and a host of his friends how impartial and unbiased the DOJ is. How about how Hilary didn’t ‘intend’ to break the law when she had the server installed. How about all the agents involved in the Mueller investigation that somehow inadvertently erased their government issued cell phones. The FBI and the DOJ lost their moral compass ages ago as did our Canadian justice system when the SNC-Lavalin and the WE scandal were uncovered.

The middle east now has all the conventional military hardware it could ever want. Now, the Islamic horde (our brothers?) can arm enough warriors to give Israel a really hard time. If they are successful in sweeping the little Satan into the sea, then they will have access to the Israeli nuclear arsenal, with that done, they will then have what they need to attack the great Satan. That would be the US, and us, (Canada) included. By then, Joe and his minions could be sipping brandy and living the high life somewhere safe and pleasant.

What Xiden, turdeau and our provincial morons do not seem to understand is that healthcare workers and more particularly nurses are well informed about the poor efficacy of the shots AND they are in extremely high demand. They just may call his bluff and he is left with 25-35% fewer nurses. Lets see how he works with that.
    As others have pointed out there is also a high degree of scepticism amongst the black community, I do hope he ends up alienating them.

    … people waiting for FDA approval. “Last month FDA granted that approval.”
    That would be approval of Comirnaty. No other covid vaccine is FDA approved. Comirnaty is not currently available. Comirnaty, in the approval process, was not tested for effectiveness against the variants, including delta. All other vaccines are “Emergency Use Authorization.” There is complete immunity against any liability whatsoever by the manufacturers, governments and medical system. Non government employers could possibly have some liability, depending on how their vaccine coercion is implemented.

    If Trump had told a blatant lie like this, every media outlet would be howling.
