    1. Perhaps the RISK of your pretend-PM replicating the FAILURES of Xiao Byedin-Heiress and thoroughly embarrassing leftist “leadership” once again … ? Is too great a risk …

    1. I have no doubt that Michelle is being harassed. By her bringing it up highlights the fact the lefttards are very actively doing this whereas the media wants the narrative to be that it is strictly a right-wing activity.

  1. But they forget the Liberals strongest pillar – the Conservatives and their brain-dead voters.

Trudeau will win, no matter what he does.

    1. Thank you for this highly intellectual reply.

The only brain dead conservative voters are those who didnt understand O’Toole’s simple election strategy that it doesnt make sense to pile up votes in Alberta and Sask while losing seats by less than a thousand in Ontario. Im pretty sure that I wont agree with everything O’Toole does as PM, but Im damn sure he will be better than JT/Butts/Telford/Freeland.

The rumour filtering through parties is that the Libs feel that they may need a hail mary and its going to be to promise the end of all development in the oil sands. This will be an attempt to syphon green and NDP votes. Lets go O’Toole! For the sake of everything.

      1. We need to vote smart, not smart ass. It may seem cool to some but dissing Conservatives will bring back the Liberals and more tearing down the fabric of this country.
Never in our history has it been more crucial to oust a regime than now. We have the chance, lets not blow it.

        1. Remember our media is hostile in finding any narrative to focus on in nailing our O’Foole in the weeks ahead.
They know where they’re pay checks come from and it’s not from the Conservative party.
So desperate as to use the nuclear option in media hatred… their Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Even though he’s not in office or in power.

They’re desperately trying to find any issue as they throw all kinds of shit everywhere to focus as an issue to change the voting majority.
I guess racist bastards won’t be used on us for a few weeks.

        2. Couldn’t agree more with Cgy Guy and Liz J. Although I like Max Bernier and would vote for him if he had a even a snowball’s chance. Voting for him may help guarantee another four years of whining about how much we hate Trudeau.

          1. Cgy Guy –

O’Toole would govern as he ran – no light between him and Trudles on anything meaningful. He will end the Canadian energy industry.

What, specifically is O’Tooles most important policy, in your eyes?

        3. Liz J:

You’ve been absolutely right all along about the need to vote for O’Toole; about framing this election as the critical life/death need to send this juvenile interloper back to his snow board. Conservatives need to stop being ideological purists, aka idiots, and stop this childish, Quixotic obsession with western separation which has a zero chance of materializing and which even if it did would not deliver the pined-for goods.

      2. Has anyone else seen the “Liberal” candidate – Bradish Gagger in Ontario with the “yellow/orange” campaign sign. Doesnt seem she wants to be seen as a Trudeau supporter. Isn’t she a cabinet minister? Hmmmm

        1. Minister of Diversity, Inclusion and Youth of Canada…… I wonder what were her qualifications for this position were.

          1. A better question is why do we even need such a worthless money-pit of a ministry in the first place.

            mhb23re

      3. Cgy Guy

Conservatives, Doug Ford, Patrick Brown, John Tory, Kenny, Pallister, is that clear enough for you???????

      4. Quite right in every word, Cgy Guy. A vote for Bernier (or anything else) is a vote for the Spawn. These are the times when the ideologues who demand perfection get sorted out from those who actually want to win and throw out the current regime.

But this isn’t new. I was reading the same sort of crap you are complaining about by various stupid perfectionists starting in 2004 with the end of the Chretien regime. These people were just as stupid then as they are now, and you are right to call them out. We cannot possibly do worse than the regime headed by Butts/Telford/Freebase for which Spawn is the sock puppet.

And how wrong they were. Harper went on to be the best Canadian Prime Minister in a hundred years.

      5. Run on question alert: Why can’t we all agree O’Toole and his arguably and somewhat limited government approach is nevertheless legions ahead of not only Grit rule, but the fiscal/monetary depravity of a Grip/Dipper coalition, the real thing with NDP in the cabinet, which only a Tory majority can prevent, which requires holding strongholds, making headway elsewhere and sweeping the 905 belt, with NDP gains at the expense of Liberal seats?

Anything short of that means tyranny. This is our only hope, our best worst solution.

    2. When O’Toole and Rempel decide to can the jab mandate and flu hysteria I will consider voting CPC.
They have ignored the issue and their constituents.
Til then I am with Max and PPC.
BTW…PPC is climbing in the polls.

      1. PPC here too, as conservatives have no chance here, this riding is an NDP rainbow worshippers hold, unless the Greentard pulls an upset.
At one time, this was a Reform held riding with Keith Martin……a turncoat if there ever was!

Yes, this is the time for Turdeau to go down, his horrible campaign, and constant stream of mistakes by his incompetent crew has been a spectacle, as well as the portions of the media reporting it, being somewhat of a relief, though for how long, I wonder.

Yes, a Hail Mary by Trudeau, seems to be Liberal Swindle Politics 101. They will throw everything at the wall and more to bribe their way to office. Soldiers in the Streets anyone? Seems that Trudeau and team, are the ones that would do that today, in the name of COVID!

As others have said, I’m not a fan of OFool, am voting PPC, but would welcome a loss by Groper, any seat loss, from a smaller minority, to a Conservative minority or majority, could be the end of Derp Groper

  2. I changed my mind. As much as I believe O’Stool will let us down, I’m voting for him. With the exception of the PPC and Maverick the alternatives are frightening. The conservatives need a majority.

    1. Right Arty, Conservatives need a majority, all alternatives are aligned with Liberals.
The PPC will never form government, the founder and leader let his ego dictate his fate when he broke ranks with Conservatives.

      1. Liz, yup, and Sloan also let his ego rule, and so did that MP from the Yukon who got tossed. Just how limited is your critical thinking skills?

      2. Glad to see aligned with the carbon tax, woke, climate change doomer CPC party.

        Just like LIBERALS.

    1. Those are the actions of the Spawn’s “brothers” all right. More reinforcement of the thesis that the Islamic wastelands should be avoided at all costs.

  3. Based on O’Toole’s latest policies, it appears he plans on NDP support for a potential minority government. So, Red Tory (Liberal seat warmers} incapable of passing any sensible legislation or the Spawn at the Helm of a sinking ship. Perhaps if the Spawn only ekes out a minority or a loss and then the Eastern establishment will dump him for someone to the “right” of O’Toole and his NDP policies.

With foreign press not in his pocket, I’ll bet the Spawn is wondering if he shouldn’t have bought them off as well.

  4. The Cons have betrayed us all, both federally and provincially here in Ontario.

PPC may not be able to win but they represent my values and my beliefs and that is why they get my vote.

Perhaps the conservatives will realize they’ve strayed too far left, could’ve had a majority if you’d stuck to your values.

Keep telling yourself that they will govern more conservatively than they campaigned… they will continue to drift further and further left trying to preserve their jobs.

If Trudeau wins as a result that is fine, the country must fail before it can be rebuilt.

    1. Agree with you hundred percent. I voted PPC last election and would like to again but four more years of liberal/NDP rule will only serve to entrench what may already be irreversible damage to the country. Our future as free people depends on stalling the advance of socialism right now until we have better alternatives. I can’t change anybody’s mind but my own and I’ve already done that.

      1. Arty: “Our future as free people depends on stalling the advance of socialism right now until we have better alternatives. ”
So you will vote for CPC …? How are they standing for “free people”?
Still waiting for an example of one CPC candidate that is against jab mandate. That is where our freedom is on the line right now.

    2. +1
I am voting for who represents my values and beliefs the best – not to remove someone else I disagree with.

If my values and beliefs are not held by the majority of the country – then maybe its time to look for another country that does.

    3. I doubt if the PPC will even win one seat in this election, but I will be very interested in the popular vote. If there’s enough of a turnout for the PPC that costs the CPC a majority, or even an election win, It might cause O’Foole to reconsider his overall strategy… that is, if he survives a leadership review.

Having said that, I’m still skeptical of a CPC win. I’m still looking over my shoulder for indications on strategies the media will implement to bail out the Turd. Singh has already stated for the record that he will NOT support a CPC minority, so for the CPC, it’s majority or bust.

      Can you say “coalition?”

  5. Love that front page! Apparently, it is not so easy to buy all journalists or editors. I agree with CGY Guy, Arty and LizJ. I can not do much in my Hedy Fry “shoe-in riding”, except contribute to the popular vote, but others can.

  8. All of the state controlled media in Canada, all of it will take down the SHITCONS and Otoole or anyone else who stands in the way.
All of which the best play for the West is Maverick.
Same as the BLOC in Quebec.
Alberta and SK have tried since 1905 to get Equality and fairness and talking does not work.
Voting Federally does not work for the West. Canada does not work for Alberta.
Vote MAVERICK. http://www.maverickparty.ca Find your candidate if you are in Western Canada.

    1. According to their website, Maverick only has one candidate running in Manitoba and unfortunately she is not in my riding. Will likely vote PPC again.

      1. None in Edmonton, either, it appears. The PPC, however, has a candidate in my riding, so I guess I’ll be voting for Bernier.

  9. The CPC and O’Toole may govern like small l liberals. It’s Canada after all but that would still be better than what we have with Juthtin and the woke leftards.

    1. I agree.
Can you stomach another 5 years of Trudeau destroying and delaying critical infrastructure like he is currently doing?

Canada couldn’t be more of a sitting duck in a fuel supply shut off.
He made sure to bribe the smelters to close so we can’t even make our own steel for the critical infrastructure and its supply lines. No back up railway as they’ve been pulled and no massive fleet of trucks as our fuel suppliers run dry.

    2. The Socialist creep has gained steam over the at least 3 decades now so a true Conservative would never stand a chance. It has permeated our education systems from Kindergarten to University, it will take a lot of deprogramming to get back to reality, it will only happen when it hits the entitled masses in the head and arse at the same time.
A smart Conservative leader knows that, problem is the voters refuse to or can’t understand the concept, we keep seeing it every election, they hate the Liberals but refuse to vote for the only party that can defeat them.

        1. Then this is the election for them to come out of the closet. Yes, the Stool will be a disappointment, yes, he will let us down, yes he’s probably as gutless as we all believe he is. I know that’s not a ringing endorsement but electing him will at least give us a chance to fight another day. As we can see south of the border socialists are in total control and the American people are being stripped of their rights. We have a chance to stop it here, or at least slow it down. Sucks that we’re stuck having to make the same stupid choice we have for years but that’s the reality. Vote for the dopey, feckless, false conservative, it’s important.

          1. As I said, it’s Canada. While there are quite a few firebreathers on this site, the reality is that (with the media’s help) even a slightly right of centre party scares the bejeepers out of more than half of Canadians. I believe that this wily old German was correct.

“Politics is the art of the possible, the attainable — the art of the next best”

            ― Otto von Bismarck

        2. If I were an old school liberal I’d be voting Conservative, there’s enough there to make the transition less painful. Today’s Conservatives know this, they have to ease into it, people are so dependent on their misguided entitlements they simply couldn’t handle it. Our Atlantic provinces are a prime example…..recall the steaming anger when Harper suggested they become less dependent on government handouts.

  10. Yes, the article is from the London Times, a newspaper that doesn’t receive Trudeau bribe money. Would an article like that come from a bought-for media source here?

    1. O’Foole’s boring persona may be an asset now.
Who is going to believe some media created salacious sex scandal about him?
He’s too boring looking to be Hitler, not that the filth in the Canadian media won’t try that.

Did he mis-pronoun somebody in kindergarten back in 1968?

  11. No Maverick candidate in my riding so the closest protest vote I can come up with is PPC.
    Therefore PPC it shall be.
May GOD help us here in the West! The media and the uneducated voters sure as Hell won’t!
Krist, there is an 18 year old running for council in Edmonton. No life lessons, no long term thinking other than “we must SAVE the earth from Globull Warming!” Eff’n idiot!!

    1. I’d be voting Conservative in the west, any other will give you what you have now. I’d apply the saying we get what we deserve when it comes to voting.
By now one would think we’d learn from past experience, cutting down and making fun of the leader and party with a chance of defeating the incumbent is not the way to go. We’ve made ultimate fools of ourselves electing what we have now and are back in the same groove for a repeat. Not smart at all, in fact it’s very troubling.

  12. Why are all the best ads against Trudeau coming from private individuals or political groups like Quick Dick McDick and the NCC?

Why can some Youtube rando create a better political advertisement in his spare time during harvest time than the ‘highly trained professionals’ in the CINO Party?

  13. Apparently Blackie The Gay Muslim was met by demonstrators in Cambridge today. Expect lots of media stories tonight about right wing rioters beating up children and burning the city down. Which would be alright with the media of course if the rioters were Indians.

    1. The duplicitous media editors will cut in footage from the Kabul airport bombings to add flavor to it.
Maybe some footage of the Hindenburg in flames and the Death Star being blowed up.

  14. Yah let’s shut down the oil sands and all the Natural Gas wells. can you imagine were all electric cars by 2030 according to trudeau.(if you can afford one)
Sorry we have heat wave you cant charge your car today the electricity is needed for a/c units. Sorry you can’t charge your car today severe arctic front sweeping across Canada we need the electricity to heat your home, office building, school etc…
How many homes, highrise apartment buildings, schools, etc…. are there across Canada Millons upon Millions that would have to be converted to electric heat.
And that’s not including rural Canada, Sorry there is no milk today our trucks could not get to the farms,
Sorry you will have to wait for the doctor to get here he is walking because his electric car won’t charge and the batteries are frozen.
Sorry the dump is full were trying to recycle those batteries.
    ON AND ON.
Iam voting otoole, maybe all you pretend conservatives on here should think the same.

  16. Tar sands, oil sands? That is so yesterday.

Today we are against fossil fuel.

Liberals promise to regulate oil and gas emissions, electric vehicle sales (this morning in Cambridge)

CAMBRIDGE, Ont. — Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau is putting climate change on his campaign agenda today, laying out a promise to begin regulating total emissions from Canada’s oil and gas producers and invest heavily in job creation and retraining for Canadian fossil fuel workers.

    . . . .

Trudeau says if re-elected, the Liberals will set out regulated five-year targets for emissions from oil and gas production to get them to net-zero emissions by 2050, but also create a $2 billion fund to create jobs in oil and gas-reliant communities in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland.

The Liberals are also introducing an interim electric vehicle mandate, which will require half the cars sold in Canada to be zero-emission by 2030, ahead of the final mandated target of 100 per cent by 2035.

The Trudeau Liberals submitted new targets to the United Nations in July, promising that Canada will curb emissions 40 to 45 per cent from 2005 levels by 2030.

    1. How are electric cars in the winters in the great white north? I suppose if they took fire they’d melt the ice and snow around them.

Has Trudeau/Butts ordered electric vehicles to ferry government officials around?

  17. I wondered who would fall on the sword for Trudeau, then again criticism is not responsibility.

Garneau accepts criticism of Canada’s evacuation efforts in Afghanistan
    Ctv news

  18. Wow! …create a $2 billion fund to create jobs in oil and gas-reliant communities in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland.
That otta work just eff’n great! That’ll make all the Lloydminsters into Kitscotys in no time flat!
    I can hardly wait!

      1. Oil tank manufacturers in Lloydminster area have switched to grain bins, etc. Someone local said that oilfield market is gone.
Hey-hey, ho-ho Trudeau has gotta go
        Fluck Trudeau.

    1. Don t forget that Quebec will not stand for this preferential treatment for other provinces, there will be a mandatory payment of 25 % of any money distributed by this program payable to Quebec social programs. After all equalization payments do not cover the existing social benefits that Quebec citizens deserve for their continued support of Confederation. Do Not piss us off!

  19. Re liberal promise to regulate oil and gas emissions.
Sorry this is unatainable in the time frame he talks about,
Our electricity grids can’t handle what he is wishing for by those dates and he knows it.
Electricity experts have talked about this before. Also the cost involved there is no thought to this, the cost to hydro companies cost to consumers, like I said in a prior post there are Close to 14million homes alone in Canada people would not be able to afford to change over to electric heat or in some cases back to electric heat.
That just heating, now you need how many charging stations for cars.
Look iam not in doubt that someday in the future we will have vehicles that operate on other fuel alternatives or houses that are heated without fossil fuels but this is not star trek, he is talking 14yrs not possible the technology is not there yet we are only on the cusp. What’s he want us to be like California solar panel on every roof? Windmill in your backyard?
Wait a minute Kathleen Wynne had the same plan and anyone in Ontario knows how that went.
    Vote conservative vote otoole.

  20. A lot of chatter over who to vote for and I’m seeing a lot of folks with the “vote smart…vote O’toole” line of thinking and it isn’t without merit. I understand it to some degree. Heavy on the “some”.
I think I speak for a few folks at least when I say we’ve been shivved so many times by those who posed as “conservatives” over the last twenty years we almost feel like the dutiful wife whose husband always promises to never cheat on her again but does it anyways then laughs in her face about it.
For me it was Hugh Segal, Mike Harris, Brian Mulroney, Jason Kenney, Preston Manning, Stockwell Day, Doug Ford, Patrick Brown, O’Toole, Michelle Rempell…I could go on and on. Posers, every single one of them. And they played us like fiddles for their platinum plated pensions and invites to Laurentian cocktail parties.
So now you want me to say “the hell with it” let’s do it again? Nah, not when that squishy spined O’Toole’s policies are a mirror image of Trudeau’s.
Not this time. Eff it. If it means burning the CPC to the ground. Good, let it burn.

    Bernier.

    1. I feel your pain; your summary was bang-on.

And I shudder while thinking about letting the CPC burn while giving JusTard a majority: that’s letting the country burn. And even electing a hard-right conservative majority after that couldn’t undue the damage. It would be permanent.

      mhb23re

    2. Go ahead and do what ever you think will satisfy your dislike for the politicians you mentioned, but on election nite you can console yourself with the fact that you voted for Max even though he probably did not even win his own seat nor did any of his other party members. A vote wasted in that fashion is a vote for Trudeau.

  21. I feel betrayed by O’Toole, although he would still be a marginal improvement over Trudeau.

If the Conservatives had even a snowball’s chance in hell of winning this riding I might hold my nose and vote for them. However, the winner will be either NDP (most likely) or Liberal (very slight chance.) So the best thing I can do is vote PPC to send a small message to the Cons. An unexpected bonus is the PPC guy is actually the best candidate though he is effectively invisible and will probably garner no more than a 100 votes.

    1. That’s the smart play: send a message to the conservatives if there’s no chance of a CPC upset.

If it’s a close race with a CPC candidate then give some thought before “sending a message” and giving juthtin castro a majority.

      mhb23re

  22. Although burton above, is right, I have to agree with Liz J and Arty, We’ve got to get rid of Trudeau. Plus you can add Butts, Blair, Lametti, Monsef, Haidju, etc, etc, etc! O’Toole is a red Tory and a useless idiot, one tiny step to the right of turdo, but lets get rid of the big Turd. Right now, that is job one, after he’s gone to the UN, we can then focus on finding improvements to the conservative movement. TRUDEAU’S GOTTA GO!

    It really is that simple.

    1. Exactly. Nobody could be more damaging to the country than this halfwit dilettante snowboard instructor who leads a charmed life on his father’s name.
