I’ve read ALL the affidavits, all of the orders. You are correct some were dismissed due to be filed too late. But that is due to what the plaintiffs ask. Wood v Raffensperger is a good example. The window was narrow for what the plaintiff asked for. Thats not the courts fault.
Other mistakes include filing in the wrong jurisdiction (federal instead of state court), laches doctrine, suing the wrong defendants, not having standing, unlikely to succeed on the merits,unreasonable relief sought, on and on.
However on a motion to dismiss all of the accusations in the complaint and the accompanying affidavits are assumed to be true. But that doesn’t mean they are relevant. Simply saying you are upset because you are convinced there is election fraud is hardly a relevant affidavit.

Well, I went to the Rembrandt exhibit at the National Gallery and I am really annoyed. This is their big summer exhibit. They have taken Rembrandt’s art and essentially tried to recast it into a context of Colonialism and slavery. It was condescending and manipulative. Rembrandt and Dutch society at the time is cast as driven by greed and vanity. I go to art exhibits to be uplifted. If you are from a European background, this exhibit was really about shaming. The Europeans (Dutch in this case) are exploiters and seemingly indifferent to the rights of others.
From an artistic point of view, the exhibit is scattered and unfocused. We have Rembrandt portraits and prints, but tossed in are completely unrelated works by Africans and aboriginals. Textual messages on the walls remind us of our insensitivity (“How many “masters” (as in artisic masters) might have arisen among the Africans had they not been enslaved?”) Black and aboriginal works can be valued in context, but this approach really demeans their efforts. It is akin to attending a Bach concert and having them fold in a few rap tunes.
The National Gallery has a new director. I don’t think she is a complete boob, but I don’t know, as this is the first major exhibit under her directorship. I do not think someone who is knowledgeable in the arts would do something this crude. What I strongly suspect is that the politicians demanded that all exhibits now must include some aboriginal and black content. Is the Gallery under Heritage Dept.?? This smacks of something that boor Guibeault would come up with. It is so pathetic. I don’t reject art from aboriginal or black communities and think it would be fine to have an exhibit focused on either of those, but undercutting the brilliance of Rembrandt by throwing in these token, and unrelated works in order to meet some mandate about “inclusiveness” is really ignorant. It certainly does highlight Liberal sanctimony and hypocrisy. They clearly are making a deliberate effort to undermine Canadian European heritage.

I watched again on a full screen. It occurred to me when I watched the vid on my phone that the fight was short for a fish that size.

Other mistakes include filing in the wrong jurisdiction (federal instead of state court), laches doctrine, suing the wrong defendants, not having standing, unlikely to succeed on the merits,unreasonable relief sought, on and on.
However on a motion to dismiss all of the accusations in the complaint and the accompanying affidavits are assumed to be true. But that doesn’t mean they are relevant. Simply saying you are upset because you are convinced there is election fraud is hardly a relevant affidavit.

Well, I went to the Rembrandt exhibit at the National Gallery and I am really annoyed. This is their big summer exhibit. They have taken Rembrandt’s art and essentially tried to recast it into a context of Colonialism and slavery. It was condescending and manipulative. Rembrandt and Dutch society at the time is cast as driven by greed and vanity. I go to art exhibits to be uplifted. If you are from a European background, this exhibit was really about shaming. The Europeans (Dutch in this case) are exploiters and seemingly indifferent to the rights of others.
From an artistic point of view, the exhibit is scattered and unfocused. We have Rembrandt portraits and prints, but tossed in are completely unrelated works by Africans and aboriginals. Textual messages on the walls remind us of our insensitivity (“How many “masters” (as in artisic masters) might have arisen among the Africans had they not been enslaved?”) Black and aboriginal works can be valued in context, but this approach really demeans their efforts. It is akin to attending a Bach concert and having them fold in a few rap tunes.
The National Gallery has a new director. I don’t think she is a complete boob, but I don’t know, as this is the first major exhibit under her directorship. I do not think someone who is knowledgeable in the arts would do something this crude. What I strongly suspect is that the politicians demanded that all exhibits now must include some aboriginal and black content. Is the Gallery under Heritage Dept.?? This smacks of something that boor Guibeault would come up with. It is so pathetic. I don’t reject art from aboriginal or black communities and think it would be fine to have an exhibit focused on either of those, but undercutting the brilliance of Rembrandt by throwing in these token, and unrelated works in order to meet some mandate about “inclusiveness” is really ignorant. It certainly does highlight Liberal sanctimony and hypocrisy. They clearly are making a deliberate effort to undermine Canadian European heritage.

My Cavalier King Charles spaniel hated going to the groomer and would ignore me for the rest of the day after I picked her up. In the back seat of the car, she would stare at me and when I would turn around to look at her, she’d look away. When we got home she would go lie on her bed, facing the wall so she didn’t have to look at me, letting me know she was ticked off. Too funny. They have their own personalities and we love them for it.

I watched again on a full screen. It occurred to me when I watched the vid on my phone that the fight was short for a fish that size.
You notice she hooked the fish right on the rocks. It rolls on the surface. It does so again off the bow of the boat. As she gets it along side you can see the rod flexing as she gets the net setup.
Sooo, the fish was definitely lethargic. It did not demonstrate that bucket mouth fight bass are famous for but I think it’s alive. Gills are flared.
I once caught a brook trout over 6 lbs that had nothing for fight. I reeled it in and it was a big female who had just spawned. I released it.
