12. Not sure if there’s a full appreciation out there for how much NY state has gone down the tubes in the last 15-20 years. It really started when Granny Killer’s pop, Super Mario, went ballistic on all the corporations in NY by taking taxes to insane levels. And there were a lot of corporate HQ’s in NY. Not anymore!
