3) The Biden administration attempting to do either of those by federal edict; and
4) Some states sue the Biden administration with the argument that such actions are unconstitutional.

– mandatory vaccine passports are being implemented and they won’t be able to hide the fact the a valid passport will be contingent on submitting to frequent boosters.
– court cases are coming up and they need to start being honest for damage control. These are the first baby steps in that direction.
