  1. Weird given the Fox News bent over backwards to claim the election was not rigged and even put a disclaimer up while Trump was speaking.

    1. JB, I think that Fox’s tanking viewership numbers might have had something to do with their wake up call. Tucker was the only thing that saved em during that period.

Anyone who insists that there has been no systematic voter fraud in these US elections (2020 and prior) should have their voting privileges revoked until they have compulsory voting training on laws and regulations so they can be better able to recognize what fraud looks like. Then work the next election cycle as a scrutineer and compliance specialist.

    That may just get some clarity into the truth of the matter.

  3. Right now, CNN is relentless in saying a coup d’état by trump and his supporters is preparing…is this good news in disguise? Are the audits going to do the trick in reinstalling Trump?

    1. Nobody knows. The problem here is that this is unprecedented and there’s nothing in the Constitution to say specifically what to do if a Presidential election is fraudulent at this level.

      In theory, what could happen is that presented with incontrovertible evidence the President (and presumably the VP) was fraudulently elected, the House could impeach both President and VP leaving the Speaker of the House as President. As far as I know, there’s absolutely no avenue for the other candidate to be installed as President short of a new Constitutional amendment.

      1. Your missing the fact that this is an Election Audit with another candidate that was eliminated by fraud and not by the voting majority.
        Potentially, even Pelosi could end up in jail.
        Especially when even more Election counties are reviewed.
        President Trump won a MASSIVE number of counties and yet Biden won this election through fraud?

      3. Actually there is precedent. 1867 Tilden versus Hayes. Initial results went to Democrat Hayes but widespread voter intimidation in the south by Democrats against Blacks resulted in the results being overturned and Republican President Hayes was declared the winner.

        A candidate can be disqualified if they use foreign interference in the aid of their election.
        These are still the 2020 Election results that had a dispute put in by President Trump and his lawyers.
        Biden just is declared disqualified with this evidence and President Trump is sworn back in office.
        President Trump NEVER conceded this Election even though the mainstream media tried in many desperate attempts to make it seem so.

    1. The DOJ will apply false accusations towards those instrumental in completing the audit. The DOJ will use this as justification to take over the “investigation” and bury it.
    2. The media, in tandem, will play up those accusations. As we have seen the FBI, DOJ, and various alphabet agencies plant unsubstantiated accusations in select media and then use those planted stories to support their position.
    3. Simultaneously, the media will focus on stating that any discrepancies would not be enough to change the election results whether their position is truthful or not.
    4. Character assassination will start on Arizona senate leaders and supporters of the audit (and it’s results).
    5. The Arizona Senate will proceed to the courts where the selection of the judge will be compromised (as it has been for decades) such that the primary case lands in the lap of an Obama/Clinton appointee.
    6. The US Supreme Court will refuse to hear the case on grounds that all states have certified and they cannot involve themselves in the process because it would be “political.”

    Keep in mind that they need to use Arizona as an example to other states of just what they are in for if they continue against the grain.

    There is no recourse on this situation because there is no objective entity to pursue justice. The DOJ, FBI and Intelligence community is politically compromised. The military is similarly compromised due to Trump’s approach of economic warfare over actual warfare.

    1. The DOJ has already been reminded that they have no jurisdiction here. If they try to intervene (as is likely) then the state house has noted that they’ll be arrested under state law for interfering with state business.

      The use of media will go as you say but talk about “we’re going to look into seceding” from 18 (?) states tells me that the feds plan on-the-ground will be minimized.

  13. Tucker, Sean, Laura, the Judge, Jesse and Bongino are the pro Trump ones at Fox News. The anti Trump ones that did ‘the’ number on election night, were that Martha MacCallum and the newly Beefed up Bret Baier. I noticed their snarky attitudes before the election.

    Secondly, I heard a few months ago that Trump will be back as POTUS in August. That’s 2 weeks away. Will we see it? Who knows? If that comes true the HATERS will only have to put up with Trump for only ‘THREE’ more years given that there’s holidays, time off etc. Otherwise, if Trump comes back in 2024 the HATERS will have to put up with him for ‘FOUR’ (more) years. Since they don’t like Kamela Harris, I believe, this is what they’ll do. They just wanted to see if they could get away with it using a senile old man as POTUS. The United States is not ready for a woman POTUS. It’s never going to happen.

    Taking down America is favor of a Globalist unelected communist one is a huge mistake. The Swamp really needs a housecleaning.

        Nonetheless, there were too many skeletons in the various closets in every facet of Government. If he would’ve got in again this time, he would have had to fire more people than he ever would have dreamed possible.

  17. Arizona is interesting because it is likely that the media will have less control.

    There were 2000 volunteers involved in the audit, a lot of them Democrats. That’s a whack of people capable of testifying as to the integrity of the process.

    We also shouldn’t forget the 5000 volunteers who have been canvassing door to door collecting affidavits from voters about mail in ballot irregularities and documenting the abysmal state of the state’s voter rolls.

    There are a lot of well informed Arizonans who will not swallow the press propaganda. These are also the folks who own the guns.

    Could electoral college votes be changed?

    1. The most important short-term impact could be a senate flip.

      It is entirely possible that Georgia audits will show that the Republicans won the election outright and that the run-offs were unnecessary.

      As I understand it, it would then be within Georgia’s authority to remove the Democrat senators and to replace them with the duly elected Republicans.

    2. I believe it can only for the fact that President Trump NEVER conceded this election to his rival and put in disputes to the States that he felt frauded his voters.
      Biden could still be disqualified and the Electoral College has to accept this candidates disqualification and accept the only remaining candidates left in the 2020 Election was President Trump with the next most college votes.

    1) VoterGA is definitely partisan.

    2) the AJC never said that, he distorts what they said as “proof” VoterGA isn’t partisan. Here’s what they actually said:

    “A duplicate write-in vote for singer Kanye West was a big clue that some absentee ballots had been counted twice in Fulton County.

    Digital ballot images made public under Georgia’s new voting law show nearly 200 ballots — including one for West — that election officials initially scanned two times last fall before a recount. ***There’s no indication any vote for president was counted more than once in official results.***”

    Of course Tucker omits that last very important sentence. Official results is all that matters. They match the amount of ballots vs. how many people voted.

    3) He isn’t using the word “duplicated” correctly, showing ignorance of the election process. Duplication is when a ballot is damaged, and needs to be duplicated so the scanner can pick it up. Scanning the same ballot twice is not duplication.

    4) Tucker again “If you ask Fulton county, these discrepencies the ones you saw on the screen, were isolated incidents, just a handful of bad ballots, happens all the time”

    They NEVER said that

    5) Then he goes to show an individual putting ballots in a machine multiple times. What he doesn’t tell you, is this happens quite often. If there is a problem with the scanning or the counting, the original tally is set aside and all the ballots are rescanned. This has come up many times in court before and it’s a nothingburger.

    6) audit tally sheets, I don’t know much about those, but they should publish the tally sheets with the attached ballots.

    7) Mail in ballots without creases. They’re likely duplicated ballots. Visible creases or lack of visible creases means nothing.

    8) 35,000 illegal votes. Hardly. GA law has many exemptions to the 30 day rule:

    It is not as simple as “they moved 30 days prior to election! its illegal!”. Data from the post office hardly proves that.

      Ballot batches with a normal distribution of votes for the three candidates were deliberately mislabeled as being 100% for Biden.

      Fulton County knows who the culprit(s) were but retracted the identifier. This is a criminal act that they have decided not to prosecute.

    2. Georgia’s Secretary of State certified the election results fully knowing that there were serious problems. He sent a “spy” to check on Fulton County on election night. Here’s his report outlining the “chaos.”

  24. If it is found that there was significant fraud, and if it was a coordinated effort, I don’t think there would be any alternative than to overturn the results of the Presidential Election and settle this as a Contingent Election.

    The GA Senate seats might both get overturned with Senators being replaced by appointment pending special elections.

    1. If by some magic the audits threaten to raise the fraud into mainstream consciousness over the level of lethargy and resignation, some moral panic will be whipped up or another insurrection will be manufactured to distract.

      Academically speaking though, I think the same constitutional political solution to contested electors that Trump tried to invoke now protects His Fraudulency the Second.
      Senate seats may be another matter. Coordination or even malfeasance need not be proved, just that the correct results are uncertain.

    1. Hi Fred, that’s why I keep asking Allan S about the difference between an audit and a recount. I fully agree. A transparent audit with published totals and references to batch numbers in the details, is the only way to catch all of the frauds.

      If the difference between total number of ballots counted on election day and the total presented for the audit is more than the number for Biden victory then… I don’t know if popcorn futures or lead futures are the better investment.
