  1. He nails it with his comments on how the media is going to treat it – isolate a few crackpot fringe elements within the greater protest and treat them as if they represent the whole of the protest. It’s how they operate in controlling the narrative. If you’re against a given policy, find a few experts you can quote to support your side and if you’re for the policy, you can find a few experts to say the opposite. Either way, “the experts” agree with your position, and everybody else is a crackpot conspiracy theorist, right?

  2. And yet how many people were still wearing masks? The permanent change has already happened.

    1. Under penalty of $1,000 – $6,000.00 devalued Can. D in fines. For not following government “Orders” from the Ministry of Health, Science, and Global Warming.

      1. Kenji – the Federal ‘Health” Minister is a graphic Artist and her sidekick Dr Tan is. W.H.O. CCP Plant.
        Welcome to chinada.
Bunch of sheeple in CDA will follow them and the part- time drama teacher /snowboard instructor/trust fund baby. Doesnt say much for Canadian intelligence does it?

        1. And the Dick-littleTaters are from Queerbec.. Their plot to split the country up..NO MORE Pols from Queerbec.. Damn that Bacardi..lol

  3. This from CTV MTL. “Protesters gather outside Montreal’s Olympic Stadium, disrupting vaccine rollout”

And that folks, is how the game is played.

    1. That’s the cynic’s view. Instead, the MSM should be excited at all those sources of civic revenue that are in the streets. Imagine how much money the city will make from the resulting fines.

    2. Like the DM story I read today that (for the umpteenth time) described a Trump comment as … “raging”. I heard him speak it, and the adverb I would have selected is: “calmly”

  4. Posted earlier…
Looking at this Montreal protest, I am starting to see street demonstrations in a new light. They are NOT merely aimed at getting a message out to the MSM and elites. They never listen, anyway. But what demonstrations may do is create momentum amongst the populace – to tell people that they are not alone, that there is an alternative to the Narrative, and that we the people need to do whatever we can to enact change. So we may be looking at two prongs of the same movement – demonstrations to build support and create momentum and a realization that many share the Views We Dare Not Speak, and then take the fire in the belly that demonstrations foster, and use it for political ends, doing what we can through parties or whatever other means we deem applicable. The enemy has used Groupthink against us for decades; maybe we can harness the power of Group more honestly and use it for the Truth, instead of for lies. This demonstration will (hopefully) speak to the public far more than to the leaders – and drive more of a wedge between many in the public and the ruling elites and their compliant MSM.

  5. Noted for no particular reason, there were flags of Q’bec, some other country, US/Q’bec and some other country/Q’bec.

Think of the point where the guy says, they tell us we are free (paraphrasing).
Many years ago in a country run by communists we were pondering, when they told us we were free, you are free, except when they decided to limit freedom, of course for our own good, not so much in the sense of good, more in the sense of not ending up in prison, which of course would be good.

The totalitarian tyrants and dicktators (sic) look at freedom from the view that those in prison are really free to do whatever they do in prison. From that point, the freedom is very relative though most of the plebeians don’t think about it too much, if at all, until it hits them. By that time it’s late, they got you, little bit by little bit at time, you won’t even notice and you will agree until you don’t.
They built the power structure with the help of badly corrupted justice industry to hold the plebes down with flowery sophistry and the plebes agree.

    Who you gonna call?

    1. And usurious taxation is an *cough* *cough* … “investment” … in Freedom. Right?

      1. Yeah, I got a problem with low life political scum “investing” in anything.
They, though, invest well in their own well being on taxpayer expanse.
They are very good at that.
This may not be the most elegant way to put it, though, if the Wuhan virus chose them before anyone else, it would be a satisfying thing to see and the world would almost instantly become a better place.

  6. If you fail to see the necessity and utility of masks while protesting a corrupt and power hungry government, then you really have not been paying attention.
Masks are good, masks are great,I am researching how closely a mask can create the illusion of another, preferably an odious politician, for the purpose of screwing with facial recognition software.
Let select individual be “identified” as protesting in many places simultaneously,to further up the fear confusion and madness.
    All Hail Eris.
Lockdown has failed miserably, for while the Media and Political twits demand obedience, the population slides on by,with resentment growing daily.
How soon before these Hall Monitors from the Children’s Crusade, feel our love?

  7. “Oh I just drove the boxcars of people” from the same cop justifying lockdowns.

We don’t need to suffer half the government.

  8. L – Quebec is, in effect, running Canada. When that many thousands of Quebecois stage a
populist protest. The writing is on the wall, so to speak.

There is a reason why the MainStream Media are so desperately, either not reporting on rallies
or grossly underestimating them. Their “Panic-demic” boost in ratings(ad dollars) starts to
slide, along with some more of their credibility. That credibility is so frail, that it requires the
social media oligarchs censorship, to keep it from collapsing in plain site.

Their fawning obedience to the Crime Minister, who feeds them, will continue apace.

The other provinces will be drawing down on lockdown measures as the normal summer
drop in respiratory viruses kicks in. The Premiers & P.M. claim that the American states
opening up successfully is only due to their level of vaccination. That wont pass the smell test
    in vaccine vacant Canada.

The forensic autopsy of the deaths, injuries(physical and mental), bankruptcies proving the
lockdowns were a cure worse than the disease will begin, from country to country. The
citizenry need to make sure that occurs province by province and state by state, too.

The list of Charter violations is larger than you think. You need to know what you need to
    defend!

Adam Soos takes an examination of current and historic Charter violations in this interview with Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms president John Carpay.

    1. Biden called the vaccine a shot of hope.
He had to have meant Government hopes to fulfill Agenda 21-30. Course, they said, “Nevermind, just repeat it Chho.”

  9. Montrealers finally woke up.

Thanks to Mr Frei who got the scoop however we must give full credit to everyone at REBEL NEWS and Chris Sky for their many honest reports across Canada on this topic.

The sight of Ezra Levant shouting down the “thugs” who locked him out from his Airbnb at the Port of Montreal a couple of weeks ago raised eyebrows and finally set things in motion for this new protest.

It would be interesting to see if French talk show, “Tout Le Monde En Parle” ignores this.

    1. Your mention of Chris Sky reminded me of something I saw in my apartment complex a few days ago.

It seems that one of my fellow tenants is a supporter. A van in a tenant’s parking stall had all manner of anti-mask and anti-virus slogans scribbled on the window, including some in support of Mr. Sky.

I found it reassuring that I’m not the only one in my part of town who knows who he is.

  10. What a hoot!

    From the same feed:

NEW – California is set to release at least 63,000 inmates convicted of violent crimes in an effort to create “safer prisons.” Of those who are set to be released, nearly 20,000 are serving life sentences (MSN)

Also a rumor that the most benevolent UK Government may soon allow hugging!
    The sun has set.

    1. That’s not the LEAST bit funny to me. I suspect we are going to much more scorched earth in Gavin Newsom’s FINAL days retreating from the US Presidential candidacy …

  11. Where can I get a mask like the one he was wearing? It would freak a lot of people out when I wear one where masks are mandatory.

    1. I don’t know if you mean the one Viva was wearing, or the “99.7% survival rate” one.
I looked up the 99.7 mask. It was listed as being for sale in the MAGA shop online. But when I tried to follow the link, I was told (twice) that the store is unavailable.
Big Tech strikes again? Any help out there? I wants that mask! And spares for several friends. The perfect birthday gift.

  12. I enjoyed that, but it is a sad commentary on the ROC when Quebec leads on fighting for freedom.

  13. I spoke to someone who was at that protest, he said there was aproximately 100,000 people and the video seems to confirm this.

    1. No doubt, the MSM will claim that there were 100,000 traitors in the street, all determined to spread the virus.

  14. Local media *reports* our lockdown protest by focusing on and featuring the fringe. They gave 5 minute coverage to someone at the mike rambling about nothing, instead of the intelligent speakers that spoke about the lack of scientific proof, and supporting liberty.

I agree with previous comment…these marches are encouraging. Do not expect good coverage by MSM.

  15. Today I shopped in two major grocery chains – without masking. Again, no one gave me the stink-eye, no one said anything at all. If someone were to demand I mask, I’ll do so by mocking them with this plague mask from Amazon, to which I’ve added “Bonnie Henry says, ‘wear a mask’.”

  16. Fake news! I have been checking the headlines for the past 2 days and not a single news story about this protest. I am near Toronto and I know that my internet without my consent gives me news stories according to my region. But, I assume it didn’t happen. I trust Canadian media much more than some guy on Twitter.

  17. Good thoughts. We are not alone, and having taken part in a number of protests, those coming out on their porches to holler encouragement, perhaps not knowing a protest had been organized until it passed their home, are buoyed by the realization that they are not alone.

Unfortunately, the fear-mongering govt and their MSM communication arm have convinced a large segment of the population to support their measures and comply, perhaps still a majority?
