  1. That, in part, might be an explanation for the drop in the markets today.

  2. The Donald took half of Twitter’s raison d’etre with him when the freaky CEO de-platformed The President.

The real reason will never be admitted by Twitter or the MSM but that is what it is.

  3. Nothing would make me happier than to see all those smug, arrogant, leftist pricks working for Twitter watch their stock option pay package shrivel up like their own brainstems. *Poof* you’re poor!

  4. A lot of people are taking it on the chin today. Twitter has seen dramatic drops before…particularly January of this year and rebounded quite nicely.
Coward Dorsey isn’t ready to fling himself out of the basement window just yet.

    1. It’s also month end and that often means changes in the market. Dividends are paid out around this this time and some companies end their fiscal years about now. Also, it’s tax time, at least in Canada, so there’s a large scramble to have returns done and out the door.

It’s just another day of investing…..

  5. Wait ’til DJT finally decides which platform he’s going to switch to. Then the exodus will begin for real.

  6. And, you post this comment on a blog where greater than 50% of the time is simply spent curating Twitter feeds? Good luck with that “more people need to move off Twitter” thing.

I am willing to bet, at least half the people here, right now, operate under the belief that “we NEED Twitter”. Some people, and I kid you not, actually believe that Twitter is more necessary than oxygen or water for life.

    1. I have never been on Twitter. Nor Facebook/Instagram. Nor any other social media platform. I do not have cable tv. I have not subscribed to any msm media print or digital in over 15 years.
It is dangerous to make assumptions.

    2. Dropped all my social media accounts. For the most part they are a toxic stew of stupidity

  7. I’ll be happy when the entire twat’r staff are pushing shopping carts, scrounging for beer cans, and half eaten pizza.

  8. Best marketing campaign evah.
    Insult your “customers”.
Forbid them certain points of view.
Lie,lie and lie some more as you demand the customers “Trust you”.

    Oh wait.
Are we talking Progressive Politicians or Twits at twitter?
I get so confused by the nuances of the level of scumbag I am expected to tolerate..
Is it time for taxpayers to create their own “Zero Tolerance” programmes?

That lovely machine the French made famous,The Guillotine..
    Because it is our heritage?
    Past becoming future?

  9. Schadenfreude is fine, but unless you believe in literal karma, Twitter’s recent stock performance has little to do with the company banning Trump from its platform.

    Also, all social media sucks.

  10. Does anyone really think the diminutive being know as Jack cares…..his pockets are full
it matters not if the share price tanks….

  11. Kate I can’t tell you how incredulous I am. We rec’d a cheque from a customer in USD for $1470 Cdn. So the invoice was for $1470 Cdn but they pay in USD. This was on April 20. So I did the conversion at the time and it was aprox $1854.00 Cdn. Wife deposited all the cheques today, ten days after my conversion and I checked it again before she went and it had dropped to $1752.00. Double checked and yes we had lost a hundred bucks over ten days. Canadian dollar that strong? Can’t be. US dollar failing? Of course. Never in my life would I have thought the US dollar could fall that fast. Check out the graph half way down the page. http://currencyconverter.io/1470-usd-cad.
