The 3 biggest factors were old people, morbidly obese people, and diabetics. The more factors the greater chance of death. Virtually everyone with none of these factors lives, approximating the survivability of cold and flu. They should have protected the vulnerable and let everyone else get it, survive, and gain immunity. Instead the government and media lied to us at every step.
It’s hard to disagree with that take. It would’ve been over & done with by now. But that’s politicians for you. Never take pain today that you can kick down the road until tomorrow. Bonus points for getting to preen & posture that you’re “doing something!”

So, speaking from experience, the two people I knew personally who died of Covid – a woman who I worked closely with, and a friend/insurance agent – were both overweight. The woman I worked with was 62 and heavy, but not necessarily obese. The friend was 59 and morbidly obese. My neighbor’s 46 year old sister who lived in Mexico was also very heavy apparently and passed away a few weeks back. So I imagine Scott Adams is onto something.

Yes, but apparently, the year-long lockdowns have had the effect of most people gaining weight. Some quotes I read gave a shocking average amount of about a couple stone.
The one person I knew who died of Covid was obese, diabetic, 60ish and on kidney dialysis. Death was not unexpected even without Covid.
One of my relatives died recently, a few weeks after having contracted the bug. With all the ailments he was suffering from, I’m sure that it weakened his metabolism to the point that his body couldn’t take any more.

I survived COVID!! How? Zero or brief/minimal contact with “underserved” communities. Right? That’s what Gavin Newsom admitted … that “brown people” … living in “underserved” communities … were “disproportionately” impacted by COVID. So I avoided the hell out of these people. Pretty much like I always do. It’s good to live in a lilywhite (and Asian) upper, upper, middle class community.

As mentioned previously, all of these drastic reduction/prevention measures were never instituted during the Spanish Flu of 1918-1920 and the human race seems to have survived through natural herd immunity. Although one thing that must be factored in is that there were very few morbidly obese people living after the First World War. When you see pictures of the refugees in Europe at the end of the Second World War, there is no comparison to the economical refugees now streaming across the Southern US border, s’funny that!
I have seen ZERO physical evidence that any of these “refugees” seeking asylum are under any kind of stress whatsoever. Unless someone wants to claim they’re overeating … because of the Stress caused by the Nicaraguan Govt.

I feel certain that the people behind this got it started to provide cover for their climate emergency action program. Around mid-2019 perhaps at Davos or Bilderberg, they got together and said, “screw the governments, they are not acting fast enough for our liking, we will save the earth from massive climate change by shutting down the economy. Now how to do that?”
Some Chinese person in the room probably said, “know what, there’s this lab in Wuhan …”
and it got its start there. Designer virus, take out vulnerable groups, create a death toll and the fear factor, with a common cold rate of spread (and outcome if most normal people’s experience is to be trusted).
How many are in on it? Not that many, the government enablers probably got the concept without needing to be told, perhaps one or two got phone calls from certain people to “shape their thinking” and voila, we have a pandemic, an economic lockdown, almost no travel, and who knows what effect on the climate (climate being so naturally variable, it would take a thirty-year response time to assess whether any of the carbon changes have any measurable impact).
So now with a lot of people probably sensing this to be the case, it comes down to this divide — the left like this, it’s the enactment of their political agenda without having people voting on it which might spoil the outcome. The right do not like it, for both reasons, they don’t want the agenda and they don’t want an unelected shadow government at a global level creating a new society.
The only way out is to elect a national government completely opposed to lockdowns and willing to investigate what actually happened. That being true both here and in the U.S. means another priority is for legal action against the fraudulent 2020 elections to succeed.
We are not even 50% free right now, we’ve lost about three quarters of our personal freedom simply because some people at a lab in China either screwed up or followed orders. The question is, who will lead? The only plausible candidate in Canada is Max Bernier.
I understand that super-spreaders by and large show no symptoms of the disease but shed fresh virus like mad which is why they cause so much spread. Would being asymptomatic be a sign of a robust immune system or a weak one since your body isn’t reacting to a viral incursion?
